Being centrally located, our smoke-free first floor condo is private and yet it is in a very desirable location. It is just off S.R. 776 (S. McCall Road) on Manor Road. After arriving, you can relax and enjoy everything Englewood has to offer. The condo is within walking distance to Palm Plaza with its shops and restaurants: Winn Dixie Super Market; Dollar Tree and Reid's Nutrition. The condo is also within walking distance to Merchants Crossing with its shops: Publix Super Market; Bealls Department Store; GNC and Swim Mart. Walmart is a close 2 minute drive away. We are 11.5 miles (20 minutes) from Warm Mineral Springs where you can enjoy Florida's only warm water mineral spring, with nearly a constant temperature of 87 degrees. The spring water has the highest mineral content of any spring in the United States. Visitors are attracted to the spring for its rich mineral waters. We are 15 miles (25 minutes) from Boca Grande, the Tarpon Capital of the World. Catch a baseball game at Cool Today Park spring training home to the Atlanta Braves (11.5 miles) and Charlotte Sports Park spring training home to the Tampa Bay Rays (13 miles). We are just minutes from Gulf of Mexico Beaches, Historic Dearborn Street, Shopping and Dining. Close to nearby golfing, hiking, boating, fishing.
We are also just a short 2.5 mile drive to Englewood Beach, which hosts Lock N Key Restaurant; The Waverly Grill; SandBar Tiki & Grill and the White Elephant Pub. Englewood Beach located at 2100 North Beach Road, is a pay-to-park facility. This beach offers restroom facilities, showers, water stations, volleyball court, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, playground area, shelters with picnic tables and charcoal grills. This beach is perfect for walking, building sand castles, shark tooth hunting or just peaceful relaxation watching the tide come in and out. Donât forget the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
On your way to the beach, be sure to stop in Beach Road Boutique, at 1350 Beach Road. It is a unique seaside gift shop with the Beach Road Wine Bar & Bistro attached. You can dine outside and enjoy the beauty of Lemon Bay.
Visit Stump Pass State Park and find an oasis of seashells and wildlife including the West Indian Manatee! The park offers hiking trails, scuba diving/swimming locations, kayak launches, fishing and picnic areas.
It is very important to us that your needs, comfort and enjoyment are impeccably met. Our condo is meticulously decorated to make this vacation your 'Home Away From Home'. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room area with 50" flat screen Roku Smart TV and 300 Mbps internet access. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" flat screen TV and a renovated master bath with a walk in shower. The spare bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The spare bathroom is remodeled and has a shower/tub combo. There is a screened in lanai with chairs and a table to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after an enjoyable day out and about. The lanai can also be accessed through the sliding glass door in the master bedroom.
The condo complex consists of 10 two story buildings and 76 units. Swimming pool, tennis, shuffleboard, bicycle rack and charcoal grills on property. There are two rows of buildings behind the swimming pool. This unit is in the second row of buildings. To get to the swimming pool you come out of the condo, walk across the parking area to a short sidewalk that goes through the front row of buildings and turn right. It is an approximate 1 minute walk. The swimming pool, shuffleboard, clubhouse and restrooms are all in this same area.
Our condo is immaculately clean. We make sure our condo is cleaned just like we would clean our own home. We provide linens, towels and pool towels. Other amenities include hair dryers, starter supply of bath soap, liquid soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, paper products and trash bags. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. You also do not have to spend extra time to pick up keys from a Property Management Co.
