Adventure awaits at this rare waterfront condo with 3 bedrooms. Fully renovated including luxury furnishings and linens. Boat slip included with rental. Sleeps 8 people. Breathtaking sunsets and high rise views for miles at the main channel of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs National Park off of 7 South. The waterfront property is in a quiet community with gated access. As soon as you step in the front door, the multiple oversized windows will draw you to the lake view. It feels like living in a fish bowl. There are 2 covered balconies that are the perfect birds-eye view for boat watching and holiday fireworks. Also, don’t miss the spectacular sunsets each night.

Equipped for 8 guests. Sleeping accommodations include one master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding glass door to a balcony with panoramic lake views. First guest bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony with big lake views. The 2nd guest bedroom includes a queen bed and custom built-in twin xl bunks. Sleep soundly with new, cooling gel memory foam mattresses and luxurious bedding and linens. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen including all new appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, etc. No outdoor grill on the balconies, but there is a charcoal grill located at the clubhouse next to the pool. If you prefer eating out, there are many restaurant options minutes away.

One reserved parking spot available. Other vehicles may park in guest designated areas. Keyless entry. With over 1,700 sq ft, there is plenty of room in one level for everyone to spread out. All new furnishings, full size washer & dryer, complimentary WiFi, 3 smart TV’s so you can log into your streaming services. Guests can enjoy water activities such as renting a boat or bring your own. Kayak rentals available nearby. Fish from the boat dock platform. Take a dip in the community pool or soak in the hot tub. The property is centrally located on the lake with a waterfront view that is spectacular. Inside has been recently updated and absolutely beautiful! The hosts take extra steps to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, as well as being extremely accessible. We will definitely return and highly recommended to anyone who has not visited before.

Golf course getaway

Lovely house on Mirimichi golf course. Great deck that overlooks the number 12 fairway. Well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely book here again.

We just needed to take a break and get some rest, so we chose Lake Hamilton. This condo was perfect!! It was comfortable and cozy. The location was so convenient and the view beautiful.

This is an amazing property with a spectacular view. The host paid close attention to every little detail ensuring our stay was the best ever. The beds are very comfortable and the host went out of her way to make it extra special for our birthday celebration. We will be back!!

Weekend visit

We spent two nights over the weekend to visit out twin granddaughters. The place is beautiful and appears new. It was spotless with three nice bedrooms. The views from many of the rooms were spectacular. It rained all weeks so the sky and the water was dramatic. We will definitely try to books the condo in the future.

Birthday for granddaughters

We came for our granddaughters 11th birthday. My wife also has a birthday a few day before. We had a great visit with them. The are young ladies now. The condo is centrally located so nothing is too far away. The views of the lake are beautiful. Total enjoyment. Thanks.

Super easy to reserve the condo & options on payment! Great location, close to everything! Owner has a binder in condo with things to do & great places to eat as well as brochures for different activities! We did eat out a lot but we cooked breakfast & there was everything you would need to cook!! Highly recommend this condo for vacations or get away weekends!! Denise F Scott

Very nice lakeside apartment

An overall very good experience. The hot tub was not working and the sauna we initially could not turn on due to a missing knob. The owner addressed the sauna issue the same day, so it worked out fine. The pickleball court was still under repair from the tornado damage (from over half a year ago, unfortunately). The property has an excellent view of the lake and is perfectly remodeled. The community was very quiet in December. Hot Springs is very busy around New Year so be prepared for long wait lists and lines for services in town.

Beautiful condo with fabulous views!

We stayed at Castaway over the weekend with friends. The condo is beautifully decorated. Everything is updated, making it warm and inviting. The views of the lake from just about every room are fabulous. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The hosts are very responsive and made sure we had all of the information and instructions we needed for the weekend. We will be back to stay very soon!

Wonderful place, Wonderful hosts

We stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. We had 8 people with 4 adults and 4 kids. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient to local restaurants. It was a wonderful place to spend a weekend. We enjoyed the boat slip and the other amenities like the pool. But enough about about the amazing property, the hosts are the best. We have stayed with a lot of property owners through websites, but I think these are the best. Responsive and understanding. A true 5 stare place. Hope we can stay again.

Perfect lakeside location!

This is our family’s second year in this unit. We have really enjoyed just packing our suitcases and showing up- you have everything in the kitchen and bathrooms you could need. The ambiance is peaceful and uncluttered, the opposite of our actual home;0), which is probably why we enjoy it so much! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, fast internet and the pool. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. The hosts are so kind and quick to respond. We look forward to staying again next summer!

This is Susan! I grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas but spent many summers in Hot Springs out on the lake. Gordon and I met in college at the University of Central Arkansas. We have enjoyed spending time in Hot Springs and decided to purchase a home here to use and enjoy. We have 3 sons (Triple, Mahlon, and Cobb), and 3 crazy dogs!
We hope that you will come and experience all the Hot Springs has to offer. There is really something for everyone!

This is a 3-bedroom condominium right in the heart of the very popular Hwy 7 south area. This beautiful unit is FULLY remodeled with waterfront views and access to its own boat slip. The views are absolutely amazing! There is a pool and hot tub just steps from the door. Oaklawn Park Casino and Downtown are just a short drive down Central Avenue. This property is very close to restaurants and shopping too.
