Adventure awaits at this rare waterfront condo with 3 bedrooms. Fully renovated including luxury furnishings and linens. Boat slip included with rental. Sleeps 8 people. Breathtaking sunsets and high rise views for miles at the main channel of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs National Park off of 7 South. The waterfront property is in a quiet community with gated access. As soon as you step in the front door, the multiple oversized windows will draw you to the lake view. It feels like living in a fish bowl. There are 2 covered balconies that are the perfect birds-eye view for boat watching and holiday fireworks. Also, don’t miss the spectacular sunsets each night.

Equipped for 8 guests. Sleeping accommodations include one master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding glass door to a balcony with panoramic lake views. First guest bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony with big lake views. The 2nd guest bedroom includes a queen bed and custom built-in twin xl bunks. Sleep soundly with new, cooling gel memory foam mattresses and luxurious bedding and linens. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen including all new appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, etc. No outdoor grill on the balconies, but there is a charcoal grill located at the clubhouse next to the pool. If you prefer eating out, there are many restaurant options minutes away.

One reserved parking spot available. Other vehicles may park in guest designated areas. Keyless entry. With over 1,700 sq ft, there is plenty of room in one level for everyone to spread out. All new furnishings, full size washer & dryer, complimentary WiFi, 3 smart TV’s so you can log into your streaming services. Guests can enjoy water activities such as renting a boat or bring your own. Kayak rentals available nearby. Fish from the boat dock platform. Take a dip in the community pool or soak in the hot tub. The property is centrally located on the lake with a waterfront view that is spectacular. Inside has been recently updated and absolutely beautiful! The hosts take extra steps to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, as well as being extremely accessible. We will definitely return and highly recommended to anyone who has not visited before.

Very nice lakeside apartment

An overall very good experience. The hot tub was not working and the sauna we initially could not turn on due to a missing knob. The owner addressed the sauna issue the same day, so it worked out fine. The pickleball court was still under repair from the tornado damage (from over half a year ago, unfortunately). The property has an excellent view of the lake and is perfectly remodeled. The community was very quiet in December. Hot Springs is very busy around New Year so be prepared for long wait lists and lines for services in town.

Birthday for granddaughters

We came for our granddaughters 11th birthday. My wife also has a birthday a few day before. We had a great visit with them. The are young ladies now. The condo is centrally located so nothing is too far away. The views of the lake are beautiful. Total enjoyment. Thanks.

Golf course getaway

Lovely house on Mirimichi golf course. Great deck that overlooks the number 12 fairway. Well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely book here again.

Perfect lakeside location!

This is our family’s second year in this unit. We have really enjoyed just packing our suitcases and showing up- you have everything in the kitchen and bathrooms you could need. The ambiance is peaceful and uncluttered, the opposite of our actual home;0), which is probably why we enjoy it so much! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, fast internet and the pool. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. The hosts are so kind and quick to respond. We look forward to staying again next summer!

Long family weekend getaway

Great location to gather and be together, relaxing and home-like atmosphere. Everything we needed was convenient and there. We rented a pontoon boat and the captain, he picked us up at the condo's boat slip--amazing day-and all so easy!!!

Modern, Updated Condo on the lake!

Our stay here was amazing. Everything in the condo is immaculate and well thought out for anything a guest could ever want or need. It’s about 10 minutes from the downtown area, and right on the lake so travel time is minimal. We liked that we could go downtown and shop/eat, or if we wanted to get away from the crowds we could return to the lake area with plenty of other restaurant options and beautiful scenery too! The only thing that would have made this property better is having a personal hot tub, but it’s not possible in this particular set up. There is a shared hot tub in the complex though! Overall it was amazing and we would come back again and again.

Visit with twin granddaughters.

We had two great day with the granddaughters who are now ten. My wife cooked with them and shopped, of course. They taught me computer games. The condo was perfect. Great views and wonderful space for such an event. We hope to rent it again soon. We think our son is rooted in Hot Springs for good now. Don and Judy Marx

This is Susan! I grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas but spent many summers in Hot Springs out on the lake. Gordon and I met in college at the University of Central Arkansas. We have enjoyed spending time in Hot Springs and decided to purchase a home here to use and enjoy. We have 3 sons (Triple, Mahlon, and Cobb), and 3 crazy dogs!
We hope that you will come and experience all the Hot Springs has to offer. There is really something for everyone!

This is a 3-bedroom condominium right in the heart of the very popular Hwy 7 south area. This beautiful unit is FULLY remodeled with waterfront views and access to its own boat slip. The views are absolutely amazing! There is a pool and hot tub just steps from the door. Oaklawn Park Casino and Downtown are just a short drive down Central Avenue. This property is very close to restaurants and shopping too.

3 bedroom 2 bathroom located right off Central Ave. The beautiful unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. A boat slip is included with this rental. Windows galore!! Sunset views are spectacular and can be seen from almost every room or from one of two covered back porches.
