The house is located in a nice tree line st with very light traffic . Very quiet and safe neighborhood. A lot of Boston city clerks, doctor ,lawyer live in this town . Without driving you can walk 2 minutes to take buses and make you to orange line train only several stops to down town Boston . Close to shopping and dining . Easy excess to highway.

Boston Trip

The house was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. Good location just a short Uber ride to downtown Boston. Overall great experience.

Would stay again!

The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation. The house has a roomy kitchen and open living area and plenty of sleeping options. Jeff, the host, was helpful with any concerns we had and rectified them immediately. I'd highly recommend this listing.

Boston family vaca

The communication with the owner was exceptional. The home was clean and well stocked with soaps, detergents and paper products. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it is conveniently located to downtown Boston. The furnishings are in need of replacing and the bedrooms downstairs need a place to store your clothing so you don’t live out of your suitcase. The price for the rental was very affordable for a large group.

Short trip to Boston

Taking a quick trip to Boston to see some sights and catch a game. We had two families and really enjoyed our time at this rental. It was spacious and clean. We had easy communication with the owner and he had prompt responses anytime we talked. I would definitely recommend this location to other families looking for a place to stay.

Family vacation to Boston

Jeff was a great host and his property was the ideal size and location for our stay. Communication was great throughout the process as well. Very convenient to the Orange Line as well as to the beautiful arboretum and the running/walking trails at Jamaica Pond.

A great spot!

This was an excellent property. Incredibly clean, and probably the best communication I have ever had with a property manager. The location is convenient to downtown and other parts of Boston, but the property itself is nestled on a quiet street. There's a really cute little backyard oasis as well. We would definitely stay here again! I cannot recommend it enough.

Spacious home close to downtown Boston

Communication with the host was wonderful and timely. Checking in and out was quite easy, which was nice because after driving for 10 hours you just want to get in and relax! The house was incredibly clean and spacious, more spacious than we needed really for three, which in itself is a luxury to find in the Boston area. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and functional, and the showers were nice. And the neighborhood was quiet, private and seemed very safe - lots of people jogging and walking their pets. The owner, Jeff, was very nice. When we asked about a grill (which was not listed in the amenities), he offered to leave a small charcoal grill in the garage. We didn't use it but it was a very generous gesture. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again.

So helpful

The home is very well set-up for a group of our size (six adults). We wished we could have used the deck, as it seemed lovely. We arrived during a wet and chilly period. The host helped immediately with extra bedding and thermostat settings.

Christmas Vacation

Everything was exactly as described. House was clean and spacious and we had all the amenities needed. The neighborhood felt very safe and all the homes still had their Christmas lights up, added bonus! This was our first visit to Boston and we could not have asked for better accommodations for our family of 5. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!

Army Navy Game

We came to Boston to attend the Army Navy game with our adult children. This house was perfect for the 7 of us. It was situated in a lovely neighborhood within close proximity to everything Boston. We loved the spaciousness for our group. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again.

Awesome

The host thought of everything! We could have just showed up with clothes, they had towels, toiletries, bottles of water...very neat clean and spacious! We had 8 adults it was great to have 2 & 1/2 bathrooms we could all get ready no problem. No long check out list, we took out our trash and left, so easy and convenient. Host Sent us a text with local information and had great communication though out the entire process. If we ever come back to Boston I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Stayed 4 days for work in downtown Boston. Very clean house with many extras. Plenty of Paper products and cooking extras. Back deck is very nice. Safe neighborhood. We mostly took Uber into town for event at the Park Plaza 20-30 min ride. All 3 of us were very happy and we rent places often. Planning on staying again this Spring!

Roxbury House

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Jeff is a accommodating and involved host. He was prompt with responses and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. Jeff was kind enough to leave us a case of water upon our arrival. We all said we would stay there again. The house worked very well for us since we had a larger group. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 3 beds in the lower level also (split level home). Two TV/living areas with plenty of seating in both. Two tables in the kitchen and dining. Outside seating in the deck also. Very cute neighborhood with nice houses. It is close to Boston. The train station is a mile or so away and easy to use. Boston traffic is atrocious at times so the train was a nice fall back. On a trip from the airport to the house is took us about 45 minutes to go 9 miles since one of the tunnels is closed. Plenty of Uber drivers in the area.

Great place to stay for group

Jeff was so accommodating. When we arrived, there was a case of bottled water waiting. So much room! Close to the city and stores. We needed more linens After we arrived and he left his business 30 minutes away to set us up. Great stay! Thank you Jeff!
