All of our rooms are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed in Room 102. Our epic location is walkable to almost everything in this stunning California mountain town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The 5th Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure. Snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc.. As far as neighborhood eateries, THEORY COFFEE Roasters & Bakery is an award winning craft coffee company that is located in the same building as Summit Lofts Boutique Hotel. We suggest you take a 3 minute stroll to Yak’s Shack for an afternoon burger or a 2 minute walk for an acai bowl from Alua’s Thrive Bar and dinner at Pipeline shouldn’t be missed!

The PERFECT LOCATION for walking to restaurants. Bikes are also a fun way to get around and can be easily rented from our neighbor directly across the street, The Fifth Season. If you’re using a car, there's plenty of free on-street parking within 2 blocks to the east and south of the building.

Perfect location to bring your mountain bike or other gear inside. Street parking is always free in our small, safe town.
