In addition, our house is truly a treat for fishermen. Lake D' Arbonne is one of the top fishing lakes in the country and home of some of the top fishing tournaments in the US. FYI: No events/gathering Parking is limited. Boat launch nearby, we only have a boat house to store/tie your boat.

Very, very clean comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Property was well maintained. Give the owner a shoutout - she stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. Property is beautiful, very peaceful - great place to spend a a week, or two as my wife and I did. May well return next year. I would recommend without any hesitation.

Lovely Place to Stay

Very clean and well maintained. Quiet, peaceful location conveniently located just minutes from town. Nice back porch to sit and enjoy the lakefront views, watch the waterfowl on the water and the squirrels playing in the back yard. Was amply stocked with everything you would ever need. Excellent communication from host. Very enjoyable stay.

Great location, private but yet close enough to town and surrounding activities. Property was very well maintained, house was immaculate and stocked with everything you would ever need. Host communicated throughout our stay. Definitely planning on staying here again !!

We booked this home for our son’s college graduation weekend. It was perfect! It was very comfortable, clean, and roomy, and the lake views were so pretty. Great stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Farmerville Fishing Tournament

1st experience with VRBO type rental. House was clean and furnished nicely. Was concerned about getting up and down the drive due to rain and driveway was not paved or gravel. Got through the mud and was able to get out when needed.Really enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lake. Small improvements to the house that would help would be: Lamps in the living room. Working icemaker in refrigerator Improve drivewayOverall, we had a good extended getaway weekend. Thought the overall cost was a little high due to fees and cleaning charges on top of nightly rate, but I suppose rates are set knowing that some don’t respect properties like we do.Laurie was great and we appreciate her allowing us to bring our two Brittany’s.

Nice relaxing stay

The house was setup very nicely .We were 2 couples and 2 bathrooms were nice, I like the boathouse with fish cleaning station we had 2 fishing boats and was plenty of room for them , it was a little tight getting 2 trailers and 2 trucks in yard if center chain link fence was down it would of been a bit easier for our trailers to get in Overall it is a very nice place and we was very pleased

Another Enjoyable Stay

A great little cabin with excellent views/access to the lake. Check-in and check-out instructions are clear and easy. A peaceful, quiet location which is a big plus for me as I come to the area for my work and sometimes need to sleep during the day after I work night shifts. Immaculately clean and exceptionally well stocked. The small, thoughtful touches such as board games and books are a plus. My wife and I have stayed here before but upon our return in December we were delighted to see Christmas decorations on the mantel and a small Christmas tree. What a nice, thoughtful touch for guests to enjoy while traveling during the holidays. Host has thought of everything you could possible need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

I was born and raised in the Philippines. A homeschooling mother of 3. Our goal is to provide a place for everyone to relax, rest and breath easy, away from a hectic and chaotic work schedule. I personally know how it is like to be stressed out from work.

Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quite often featuring beautiful sunrises and plenty of birds around. The house and the serenity of the lake is truly a beautiful place to relax and unwind from your busy schedule. We all need a good place to unwind from time to time.
We kindly ask, all our guests please read our rental agreement, house rules and policies. Please understand we don’t know you and we don’t have a Crystal ball to see who is good and not. We just need to be in the same page to avoid misunderstanding. Please read before booking to see if our house meets your expectations. No events/family gatherings held in/at the house. For liability reasons, only registered/approved guests are allowed to stay in/at the house. Thank you for your understanding.

The view of the serene water at the lake. Very calming and relaxing.
Due to unpredictable weather, you may experienced power outages, the house doesn’t have standby generator. Weather conditions and road/neighbor’s construction projects are beyond hosts control.
