Luxury home just steps from the sand with ocean & channel island views!

Welcome to the "SlotMachine House" in the charming Hollywood Beach community nestled halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara. This is a one-of-a-kind home on Ocean Drive directly across from the beach. The home was designed by an architect in the Frank Lloyd School of Design and the goal was to make a house look like an object.. the "Slot Machine House" was created! It has been "meticulously" updated in California Coastal style with modern amenities.

The house is open concept and positioned to take in abundant natural light all day. You enter through a gate which takes you through a zen like garden to the front door. There is keyless entry and you will be given a code for the duration of your stay. There are many flights of stairs and a floating staircase which is not ideal for the smallest children. We will provide a pack-and-play but there are no gates. One flight of stairs takes you to the main living area that has the living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and outdoor deck. Enjoy preparing your meals in the well equipped kitchen with gas range or on the adjacent outdoor deck which has a Weber grill. The large communal Italian glass table is the perfect place to enjoy meals or play games and comfortably sits 8.

Up another flight of stairs and you are in the largest bedroom with ensuite bathroom. For those that may need to WFH, there is a desk area in the bedroom with high-speed WIFI internet throughout the home suitable for video-conferencing.

The last flight takes you to the loft which has ocean/channel Islands views for a cocktail at the custom wet bar equipped with wine fridge, bluetooth Marshall speaker and ambient lights to watch the sunset.

Two smart TVs with cable TV and Netflix included. (other streaming services available with personal login)

The garage has a washer/dryer, 3 bikes, 8 beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, picnic basket, umbrellas, sand toys, bocci ball, doll house with accessories, play-trucks, fort, corn hole, badminton and a volleyball. In addition, a combination pool table, air hockey, and ping ping table is available to enjoy.
There is also a separate poker table available to set up.

There is free parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. If you have an EV vehicle there is an EV charger one block away. No street parking permitted.
