Beautiful 2 bd, 2 bth condo is located right in the heart of Hilo with gorgeous views of treetops and sparkling blue waters.

Brand new to the market! Everything is new and high end. This condo overlooks Wailoa River State Park and you have jaw dropping views of the water from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms.

You will have everything you would need for a short trip or a longer extended stay. This is the perfect home base for your Hawaii island exploration. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

The condo has a flatscreen smart TV in the living room, Smart TVs with cable in both bedrooms, WiFi, A/C, coin operated washer and dryer on the floor, a communal pool, designated parking for 1 vehicle, and the building has 24/7 security. Contactless check in.

Host was great and easy to deal with. The only significant issue was with the swimming pool. All the chairs were fastened to the deck and could not be moved. Also there are no umbrellas provided for shade.

Convenient location and Clean

The property was clean and conveniently located. It was comfortable for us to stay in and convenient to Volcanoes National Park, Rainbow Falls, and Mauna Kea. All things we saw during our stay. A quick 5 min drive (or less) to anywhere in Hilo town. Great place to stay.

Lovely Lagoon side sanctuary

A very clean and comfortable property in and ideal location for exploring Hilo. Extra points firnthe incredible lagoon park behind the property with a very charming population of endangered wild ducks.

This 9th floor condo was great! Overlooking a state park lagoon and a good walk to coconut island 3.5 mile return. We didn’t use the pool but the kitchen was extremely well equipped with some essential condiments and even laundry detergent for the laundry across the hall. We would stay there again!

Perfect place for me and my in-laws. Within mere minutes to my fam and friends in Hilo and KTA, Puainakou Shopping Center, Lilioukalani Park, really good restaurants, downtown, and access to highway to Volcano, Akaka Falls, etc.

Well appointed apartment in the center of Hilo

Nice view of the lagoon, two huge bedrooms each with ensuite and balcony, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our host was very responsive. He gave us lots of local tips and has made sure the place is kitted out with everything you'll need for a vacation stay.

ANOTHER GREAT STAY

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of using Terry's property at the Hilo Lagoon and it is fantastic. This time we stayed in a two bedroom unit with two bathes. Can't beat waking up to the sun rise every day and looking out over the lagoon. It is perfectly located near everything in Hilo. I'm planning on coming back next year and have already looking to stay here again.

Vacation in Hilo

This was our first time on the Big Island. While we were visiting the east coast of the island, we decided to make Hilo our main place to stay since it was close to all the activities we wanted to do. We do recommend this property. Communication was very good and the place was exactly as described. If we are fortunate enough to return to the Big Island, we would definitely stay here again.

This is my third time staying at Hilo Lagoon in two years. Eash condo has been perfect. The views of Wailoa State Park is beautiful and relaxing. Love getting up early, just to watch the sunrise and listen to the birds. Each condo is clean and so quiet.

Wonderful condo!

This condo has superb views! The owner, Terry, has made some major upgrades, including black-out drapes for the windows and updated bar stools. Everything was very clean and spacious. The toiletries were well-stocked and better than what hotels offer. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful View

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo itself and the facility it was located in was clean but outdated. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing since it was the reason I chose this particular condo. The area was walkable with restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance.
