This was my second stay here with my granddaughter and we again enjoyed this sweet, quiet spot centrally located to everything. Sitting on the deck listening to the cicadas and watching the birds at the feeder was so relaxing! Lee is a very kind and helpful host. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great spot, great location, nice and quiet. Very comfy king bed. Lee was readily available upon check-in, great communication. He offered to help with my bags/dog crate, and he had set out water and dog food for the pooch! t was a quick trip to Riverwalk and a quick trip to Wrightsville Beach. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this perfect hide-away.

Lee was a great host! He was super easy to communicate with and helped make it a great stay. The apartment was in a quiet, convenient location to UNCW and there were plenty of food options nearby. Thanks Lee!

I was in town for the dog show at legion stadium and was excited to find this pet friendly apartment. Its a decent place without frills but everything was working great. Very quiet area. The king sized bed was super comfortable. The only negatives for me were the stairs, which some older folks or those with bad joints might find hard. The host did come out and offer to carry things up, so I'm sure you could ask him. Very approachable guy! I also wish it had a fenced area for dogs.

Lee is one of the nicest and most accommodating people ive ever met he answered questions any i had extremely fast the property was super nice and clean more then enough parking close to everything … I can’t wait to book again next year again when we go to the beach…. Loved it!!!!!!!!

Lee was an amazing host! You can tell he takes a lot of pride in the property and the comfort of his guests. We didn’t want for anything. Great location in the city, great host, comfortable and welcoming space. I will absolutely stay here again! 10/10

Convenient location, pleasant host, and comfy accommodations. Plus when we first got here an owl was perched on the roof! Must have meant good luck, because we had a great visit to Wilmington. Thank you!

Very clean and welcoming secluded property that was tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for a couples getaway or just for a visit to one of the many beaches around the area. The convenience to being close to the beach and downtown Wilmington made our stay worth it as well because we were able to do so much all within 10 minutes of the place.

Lee is an amazing host! He responded as quickly as possible and was polite and respectful. The space was as described: clean well maintained and relaxing. The price for the stay was phenomenal. The last place we stayed at in Wilmington failed in comparison. I recommend staying here and plan to again soon! A must see and a 5 all the way

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay here! Lee was very responsive host, and the apartment was so clean! Really close to a wonderful park and walking path. The property was practically a bird sanctuary and that was so enjoyable to sit outside and watch all the different birds coming to eat the feeder. We hope to be back soon!

This place was clean, adorable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very friendly and even insisted on carrying our suitcases up the steps (I'm sure he felt for us as we are 80!). This gem was a great value and highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay there for a night for a concert at Greenfield Lake. We traveled with 2 little dogs and were so glad we could take them along. I could only give 5 stars but would certainly give 10 to the host, Lee, and how well he communicated about everything and accommodated our needs! We also very much enjoyed meeting his two little dogs, and I would stay again for that opportunity alone! So friendly and cute in their neon collars at night! The property was very comfortable and private. Very near everything but seems so far from everything. The king bed was top shelf….so comfy and the linens very soft and comfy. we enjoyed the private balcony and brought a dog gate to block it so our dogs could enjoy the run of the balcony and enjoy the fresh air and peacefulness of the place. We have stayed several places in Wilmington when we go in for concerts and have never been totally pleased. We have now found our go-to. We really chose the place just because it was pet friendly and this trip would require our dogs go along ( we normally have a pet sitter) and we loved the upstairs private balcony ….but now that we have stayed, we would go again whether we have dogs along or not. It is a friendly, cozy, safe and comfy stay.

Such a pleasant time I had staying there! Host, Lee is a wonderful person. Our society would definitely be a better place if there were more people like him around.. Very comfortable, with a nice, nice porch. Your surrounded by beautiful trees n lovely uniquely Planted flowers , bushes n a very nice garden Sleep great on really comfortable beds and relaxed most comfortably in living room, watching tv or playing games or cards. Super location 10-15 minutes from both historical downtown and the beach. Nice nice time had getting away n spending time there.
