Lovely place

Great location to the beach and restaurants, and a short drive to other San Diego sights. For two people, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Quiet, convenient, clean location

Easy reservation, check in and check out process. Owner is very responsive. Good location, quiet neighborhood, just a block to to the beach!

Perfect location-fantastic property!

We stayed with our kids ages 9 and 11, this was the perfect location. A short walk to the beach, boardwalk, Belmont Park, shopping, and food. The host and locals were very helpful with suggestions. The home was equipped with everything we needed for the beach. We had a great time and would love to stay here again!

Great location

The location just outside the main tourist area was key to our enjoyment of staying here. Excellent communication with the owner, rather than an agent, was another key. The washer/dryer made our 3 week stay a breeze. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to TCI.

perfect beach getaway .

we had such a blast at this perfect home. new and clean home , ideally steps from the beach. It was like home away from home. Working with the owner was very easy. you won’t regret this vacation spot.

Great place

Very clean! Great location to beach, boardwalk, restaurants. Has all the amenities listed, and updated. My husband and I enjoyed it very much, and would return. Very secure as well.

Short walk to the beach, very clean

Immaculate and very short walk to the beach. Just as shown in photos. It was perfect for my son and me. The owners were very responsive and very hospitable. We loved our stay here.

Great Place!

We had such a great experience here! The place was super clean upon arrival. Check-in was super easy! Host was extremely responsive! Perfect location, really close to the beach! Was great for our little one! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here, we will be back!

Great location! Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best experiences we’ve had with a rental! The apt was very clean and we were provided with plenty of supplies. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The owners were easy to reach and responsive to texts. Great location close the beach, restaurants and shops.

Beautiful beach bungalow!

Perfect for the two of us! Just steps from the beach and Belmont park, yet far enough to not be disturbed by excess noise. Very clean, modern amenities with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week at the beach. Great communication with the owner. Looking forward to our next stay.

Just what we needed

This property was a great fit for our quick getaway to Mission Beach to visit our daughter. We were able to walk the beach and to local restaurants. It was very clean. The host had excellent directions and was wonderful to work with.

Perfect Location

Would definitely stay again! This is by far the best location to the beach, Sea World, golf, and all the beach activities! Super short walking distance to restaurants and beach was a huge plus! Private parking spot was a bonus and close to house. Communication with the host was A++! Perfect place for a couple to stay. Very clean and newly remodeled. Loved it.

Great for a weekend getaway for two! Parking issues pretty consistent beware. Busy area with people trying to find anyplace to put their car.

Ten days of Bliss

We loved staying at Jamaican A Good Time. The accommodations had everything we needed including Beach towels and chairs And a well stocked kitchen as well as TVs and games. We were a stones throw from the Wonderful beach, And not far from many activities to explore. We loved going to Balboa Park and listening to the free concerts. Don’t miss that San Diego zoo and also the safari animal park. Our host Evan was supreme!

The sequel was as good as the original!

We returned for our second visit to this awesome retreat. It was just as great as the first. Everything was as described in the listing. Great food all around us, and beach chairs and umbrella to help us enjoy the beach. I wasn't sure the sequel would match last year's trip, but it did! Would definitely recommend and we hope to make another trip back in the future when we can stay even longer.

Perfection

What more can I say. This has to be the most peaceful place in San Diego . The communication between me and the host alone is enough to book for the future . All I can say is clean, convenience, and comfortable .
