Welcome to The Americana! Our charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat blends modern comfort with nostalgic Americana charm. Conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from the majority of Cincinnati's attractions, it's the perfect home base for your adventures. With three beds available, there's plenty of room for everyone to rest and relax. This unit is located on the top floor of a multi family home in a quiet neighborhood just 13 minutes from Paul Brown and TQL Stadium. Two bedrooms, two queen beds, dedicated workspace, full bathroom. This home was completely renovated beginning in early 2022. Almost everything is brand new. Three Roku TV's in included with very fast wifi. This unit will sleep five people comfortably. Many popular restaurants are within walking distance: Sebastian's Gyros, Price Hill Chili, the original Larosas' Pizza, Tacos Time, and many more.

Nothing fancy about this apartment but, fancy is not what I needed. I needed a clean, safe and convenient place to stay that was close to the event in Cincinnati and this little apartment was all the above. Plus the owner was quick to respond to my questions. Thanks!

Perfect for a Cincinnati Visit

Clean, secure, quiet and a perfect layout for privacy with a central family space. Kenny provided very clear check-in instructions, and was available for any issues or concerns. We were in town for a concert at Riverbend Music Center, and the drive was an easy 20 minutes, with restaurants still open after the show. A great stay!

Great location in the city

The property was only minutes away from all the sites we wanted to see. Offstreet parking was a plus. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions without hesitation. The place was very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. Water pressure in the shower was great and there was plenty of hot water. There was no stove in the kitchen but a large toaster oven and hot plate were provided. Listing stated it was an upstairs unit but, to make others aware, they are steep stairs. Laundry was in basement along with a vending machine which was a nice surprise. We were very happy with our stay and plan on staying here again next time we are in Cincy.

Great place to stay for a Reds game!

We enjoyed this rental in Cincinnati. It was very easy to get to/from the Great American Ballpark for our first Reds game. The rental was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little older, but we felt very comfortable at the residence. The living room was very comfortable to hang out in as a family.

Came down for a baseball tournament. Everything was amazing! The pictures were exactly accurate! Very clean, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to have a great trip!! Host was very speedy to respond to all messages! Great stay all the way around.

Just what we needed.

Tidy accomodations. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. A bit of a smoke smell. Parking was tight--had to back out of the driveway from the back yard. Laundry in the basement was appreciated. Very fair price.

Absolutely perfect

No complaints at all. Our 1st vrbo experience, and it could not have been better. Being our first, I had a few additional questions along the way, and the host responded very quickly each time. The property was 100% clean and comfortable, and everything the host described online was accurate. Even on the upper floor, it wasn't too warm at all, and both bedrooms, the kitchen, and living room area all had ceiling fans, too. Highly recommend this location and this host.

Cozy and just as advertised

We stayed here for 3 days & 3 nights because of our bowling tournament at the Hoinke. Beds were just fine. Futon wasn't used (we took an air mattress), so can not confirm how comfortable that is. Pretty clean place. Easy to find. Neighborhood was fine. Close to walmart, mcdonalds, etc. Only about 5 or so minutes from the bowling alley. Would stay here again! 5 out of 5 stars.

We recently stayed here for family weekend at UC. It was about a 15 minute drive to campus and an easy Uber ride. The house was very clean and laundry on premise was very nice. Everything was comfortable and the parking in the back was easy. Communication with Kenny was very easy and he responded quickly. We would stay again. Thank you Kenny.

This is a quiet neighborhood located just outside downtown Cincinnati . The houses were all built in the 30's and 40's and are in exceptional condition for their age. Neighbors are all friendly and welcoming.

This home will be reaching historic status within the decade. The blueprint of this home is very unique, homes aren't made like this in this era anymore.
