This comfortable one-bedroom apartment is located in highly desirable Pleasant Ridge. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a cozy stay. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Conveniently located near Hyde Park, Oakley, and Kenwood with quick access to I-71 and the Norwood Lateral. Minutes from Downtown Cincinnati by car or bus.

Small, trained pets are allowed. Please review the pet rules before booking.

Parking is available for free on the street. We do not offer off-street parking and must keep the driveway clear so that residents can have access to the rear.

You'll have a unique entry code for both the exterior entrance and the door to your apartment.

After entering your unique code into the digital smart lock, you'll walk into the living room with two sofas and an HD TV.
The fully furnished kitchen comes next with ample cabinet storage, gas range, refrigerator, and microwave.
At the back of the apartment is the bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed.
High speed 600Mbps Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.

The apartment is heated by radiator heat. The temperature is regulated for the entire building, guests will not have access to a thermostat to adjust the temperature.
In the warmer months, window air conditioners help to keep the apartment comfortable.

This is a shared 4-family pet-friendly apartment building. Don't be surprised if you hear some of the neighbors and their pets coming and going.
As this is an older building, the outlets are ungrounded, please make sure to use the surge protectors when plugging in electronics.
Need more space? We have another rental next door. Book both for extra room!
We are pet-friendly and may not be a great fit for guests who are sensitive to pets. Service animals are not permitted to be left unattended in the property at any time.
Please do not unplug any of the wireless routers in the apartment.

Pleasant Ridge is a vibrant, walkable neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio that features a near-even split of homeowners and renters, award-winning parks, and a lively mix of independent businesses. It was listed as “one of the best neighborhoods in Cincinnati to live in” due to low crime rates, excellent public schools, affordable housing, and an exciting business district.
