Facing west, we also have incredible sunsets from the covered porch or fire pit. The house offers plenty of space with 3 bedrooms (king, queen, and a bunk room that sleep 4-6) and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have smart TVs with Roku and there is strong wifi throughout the house. The living room was designed with comfort and coziness in mind as the furniture and beds/mattresses are brand new. The adorable kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and has all new appliances. We also turned the oversized two car garage into a fun game room with a pool table, 50 inch flatscreen TV and a bar. Possibly the best thing about this house though is the location!! Here you are only15 minutes away from the quaint and popular downtown Hendersonville; 20 minutes from Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Mills River/Airport and Saluda; 30 minutes from Asheville, Brevard and Black Mountain. This area is filled with hiking, waterfalls, fly-fishing, zip lines, rafting trips, tubing etc. We also have over a dozen cideries, breweries and wineries in Hendersonville; 8 are within 15 minutes of the house! We could go on and on with all this area offers, whether you are a nature lover, adventure seeker, or just looking for a time to relax and disconnect, this place is for you!
