Ceci est un appartement VINTAGE. C'est un bâtiment de 45 ans, et ce Studio / Efficacité a été soigneusement entretenu par notre mère de 90 ans pendant la plupart de ces années. Il est décoré de ses possessions, d'oreillers cousus à la main et a de beaux sols en chêne miel. Il s'agit d'une visite chez votre grand-mère ou arrière-grand-mère. Il est confortable et confortable. Ceci est un condo d'efficacité OCEANFRONT au 2e étage (1er étage au-dessus du niveau du hall). Il a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une piscine extérieure et une terrasse au même étage que l'unité. Il y a une entrée à clé avec un gestionnaire sur place, la sécurité, une laverie, un parking souterrain, un parking extérieur, des ascenseurs et une connexion Internet sans fil gratuite. Cozy and Convenient

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property was very clean and exactly as described. We could feel the love that had been put into it! All of our activities were less than a 10 minute walk away which was very convenient as well. Highly recommend this property for other couples or a young family!

Cozy and Convenient Gem

Jane’s Unit is now our favorite place to stay at Rehoboth! It’s a perfect size for our small family and is cozy, very clean, and couldn’t be more convenient to the boardwalk, ocean, Funland, restaurants and shops. The building felt secure and being able to park in the garage and leave our car to walk everywhere was a huge perk! You also can’t beat the beautiful ocean views over the boardwalk. Owner communication was very clear and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at AJ’s place. It was right on the boardwalk/beach, which was perfect. Also very close to some great restaurants – no car necessary. And it was spotless! Thank you, AJ!

A dream trip

This property was outstanding! Spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. And the view was just to die for. There were some stormy days but with the balcony and the view, it didn’t even matter. The location is perfect too. I parked my car in the underground garage and just walked to restaurants and the boardwalk. AJ, the owner, provided very detailed information and was very easy to contact. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This is my second year staying here and I already booked it for next year. The convient location is great. The pool is never crowded and the beach is steps away. The parking garage is spacious enough to park a big truck with no problem.

Great stay

Property location is top-tier, it was awesome to have our car parked within the building and be able to access it for beach stuff and kids stuff. Being right across from the pool was also amazing.
