RÉCEMMENT Custom Built HOME!

Belle maison privée au bord du lac avec toutes les commodités, y compris une grande cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, donnant sur le lac Leelanau.
Clean sable de sucre façade sur le lac - idéal pour la baignade et les enfants jouent dans l'eau; 170 quai de pied de drop off. La maison se compose de matériaux de qualité, haut de gamme comme T & G plafonds de pins et de murs; Appareils JENNAIR de douches (gastronomique 6 Réchaud) de verre et la tuile.

Asseyez-vous dans la grande salle et profitez d'une magnifique vue panoramique à 180 degrés sur le lac Leelanau, long de 35 km (vous ne voyez que le lac). Vue sur le lac à partir de chaque pièce de la maison. Ceci est l'un des endroits les plus pittoresques sur le lac, où le lac est à son point le plus large (2 miles à rive opposée). Le pont enveloppant surplombe le lac Leelanau. 65 'LED TV dans la grande salle; 50 'TV LED dans le bureau.
Trois grandes chambres (le Maître-Suite est à l'étage principal avec lit king-size avec vue sur le lac); 2 grandes chambres à l'étage (une avec un lit queen, une avec deux lits jumeaux (qui peut être converti en un roi), chacune avec un balcon donnant sur le lac. Tous les lits sont neufs; des draps de qualité fournis - jouissent d'une expérience de sommeil confortable.

Table de pique-nique en plein air; chaises de jardin - beaucoup de mobilier d'extérieur et un foyer pour profiter d'un feu de joie et de l'expérience du lac Leelanau.

Vous trouverez tout à faire dans la péninsule de Leelanau. Plusieurs terrains de golf difficiles, plusieurs caves, et un casino majeur dans les 30 minutes de notre maison. Sleeping Bear Dunes de sable, nommé le plus bel endroit aux Etats-Unis par Good Morning America, à moins de 20 minutes de notre maison. Grands pistes cyclables dans toute la péninsule et dans Traverse City (grand vélo!). Tout le plaisir et la beauté de la péninsule, et Traverse City à seulement 20 minutes.

Great Lake!

The house is beautiful, the lake is easily accessible and sandy, and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. There is a lot of fun things to do close by as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great rental in Leelanau

We've stayed at a lot of VRBO and other rentals over the years and this is one of the cleanest and best-stocked ones by far. The owners greeted us and showed us around and were readily available when needed. The view out to the lake is beautiful and the area is very quiet. Very little motorized traffic on the lake. We will stay here again!

4 girlfriends spending some time together before our 50th Class Reunion.. this property was perfect. Close to everything, beautifully maintained, incredibly well-stocked. Steve and Sonya are lovely people and gracious and helpful hosts. We enjoyed everything about our stay!

Beautiful property!

The house was exactly as pictured and couldn’t have been more comfortable or cleaner! Steve & Sonya were very helpful & available. It’s a great location, right on a beautiful stretch of the lake & about 20-25 minutes from Traverse City, Leland & Glen Arbor. We really enjoyed the pontoon boat, it totally made the trip!

Amazing Stay!! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home! The location was great. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The amenities were plentiful. We had campfires, lazy days floating on the lake, close to sandbars, BBQ’s grill, great pontoon boat, and again a beautiful home. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at Lake Leelanau. 20 minutes from Glen Arbor; golf courses are nearby, close to Fishtown and Traverse City.

My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful week of fall color in this terrific home. As others have said, the house is immaculate and very comfortable! The owners were very gracious and available for any needs ( although we had none) location was perfect for short trips to all favorite spots. We would absolutely return!

Gorgeous home away from home

Steve and Sonya have a remarkable., beautiful and well-appointed home and property. My family and I felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. Cleanliness is so important to me and I can say that this was the cleanest home we have stayed in! We usually stay further north, but a medical emergency had us feeling grateful to be so close to Traverse City Steve and Sonya were very caring and gracious hosts. We appreciated their attentiveness and concern. This home is a true gem and I recommend it to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life. Including an amazing view from everywhere in the house!

Effortless, relaxing vacation in a beautiful home

This vacation was superb! The home is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The view of the water from the great room and loft is so relaxing. We were given superb service from the start of our stay and every day thru the end of our stay. It's a nice distance from Traverse City and we were able to enjoy the Cherry Festival without being affected by the crowds once we were back at the lake cottage. The best of both worlds - quiet cottage but close to anything you might like to do in the city. The water is crystal clear and shallow at the shore. We rented the pontoon and kayaks to be out on the water and even at this peak July 4th week the lake was not crowded. We are definitely interested in staying again. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.

The pictures don't really show how nice this property is. The house is very clean, which was important for someone with severe allergies. Steve and Sonia are excellent hosts and provided very good communication before and during our stay. You will find them to be very helpful. They made check-in and check-out very easy. We rented the pontoon for the week but had unusually poor weather which prevented us from using the boat much of the time. Steve graciously offered to refund half of the fee. You won't go wrong with this beautiful property and excellent hosts! We hope to return at some point.

Great House on the Lake

Had a great week in this lake house. Owners were very accessible. Home was beautiful, immaculate, and well organized. Owners had stocked more supplies than any other home we have rented. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Clean Home on Gorgeous Lake Setting

The home is very clean and just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The view of the lake from everywhere in the house is wonderful, especially the huge windows in the family room. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with anything you could need, including even unusual items not found in rental properties. The beds are comfortable and the showers and bathrooms large and very clean This is a private home, and it feels like a home - not a rental. The owners are accommodating, responsive and gracious. Very quiet and private area of the lake. The lawn and flower gardens are beautiful and well kept. Even the garage is spotless.

Immaculate house for a relaxing week

The photos are great - but still don't do it justice. The house is clean, comfortable and relaxing inside, and the grounds are exceptionally kept, too, by the very attentive hosts. There's a big, shallow ledge that's great for kids to swim/wade just behind the house. And, make sure to get out on the lake - its massive and quite peaceful, particularly around sunset. It's about 30 minutes to Traverse City, 30 minutes to the sand dunes (must see!), and 20 minutes to much else (go out to dinner, etc), but we were happy generally staying put in and around the house and just taking it easy.

Beautiful vacation home + most incredible lake

We have rented this fantastic custom built home for the past 5 years. The home has numerous high end features. The home is immaculate. The landscaping and flower gardens are beautiful. The location on the lake is one of the best on the entire lake. The shallow water is great for young grandchildren. It is close to Traverse City and numerous other northern MI attractions. The owners are really great to work with. We are really looking forward to coming back again this year.

Wow!...What a home!

We were so very pleased with our stay in Lake Leelanau, we just wished we had discovered this hidden treasure of an area and home sooner. Accommodations in this stylish custom home with scenic views of the pristine lake, along with amenities and access to so many outstanding attractions throughout this beautiful region, made every moment of our time there hoping we never had to leave. From young to the not so young, our family enjoyed all this home had to offer, and truly appreciated how the home is so clean and well maintained…and the owners were so welcoming. Beautiful new home + incredible waterfront = Wonderful Vacation

We rented this beautiful new custom built home for a week in the middle of July and had such a great time, it's hard to describe! The sandy bottom of the lake with the huge area for my grandchildren to play and swim in was fantastic ... they had a blast kayaking in the shallow water, and we didn't have to worry about them being in deep water. Close to Traverse City if you want to eat at the outstanding restaurants, and also close to cherry orchards where you can pick you own fresh cherries, so delicious! When we arrived the house was so much more beautiful than the pictures, which is a a rare surprise ... the owners take immaculate care of the house, and we did too (treated it like our own home). In the evenings, the kids enjoyed the full array of channels on the HDTV, and we all enjoyed the beautiful sunsets! I highly recommend this home, Lake Leelanau and the wonderful fun you can have in this beautiful part of the world ... it was a refreshing treat from our 100 degree Texas heat!!

Beautiful Vacation Home

This was our first up north vacation to Lake Leelanau and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the location, with Traverse City, Leland, Glen Arbor, Suttons Bay, the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and many local wineries a very short drive away. The house was brand new with all the amenities you could want and was extremely clean. It is located in a great location on the lake and has an amazing view of the water. The yard was perfect to play, relax in the sun and have a bonfire in the evening. The owners were friendly and helpful - they seemed very interested in making sure we had a good time. We would definitely come back again.

Best Summer Vacation Rental!

We have been coming to Lake Leelanau for over five years now and look forward to it every year. The house is beautiful, well-maintained and very clean. We have a hard time coming back to our house at the end of the week. Our kids are even more excited than us go back every year. We have so many special memories here and could not be happier with this home. The lake is perfect for swimming,sunning, fishing or just relaxing by. There is so much to do in the surrounding areas. We love Pleva meat market in Cedar. You can not go wrong with this rental. Just don't take our week!

Steve grew up vacationing on Lake Leelanau as a child for 3 weeks every summer just down the road from this home. Several of our uncles/aunts also rented cottages and it brought about wonderful memories or the Lake; playing with cousins; fishing and exploring on Lake Leelanau; experiencing all the wonders of the Lake and the surrounding area. When I had the opportunity to purchase a vacation home, this was the ONLY location I wanted. Still to this day I am amazed about the beauty of Leelanau County!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location is a few hundred yards of where my family vacationed every year as a child and provides wonderful memories. For me, this was the ONLY place to be on the Lake. The lake bottom is beautiful sugar sand for 170 feet to the drop-off. Children can play in shallow; clean; sandy water for a long distance without fear of deep water. The beautiful views from the property down and across the lake make this one of the scenic areas of Lake Leelanau.

The home we have labored over is absolutely unique - you will not find another like it. From the full lake view from almost every room in the house; to the balconies overlooking the lake; to the full wrap-around porch all with beautiful full views of Lake Leelanau. The materials used in construction are all premium. Beautiful T&G pine throughout the house; beautiful hardwood floors; high-end gourmet kitchen; awesome stone fireplace and a beautiful office if you need to get a bit of work done. All bedding is high-end, affording a premium sleeping experience (we receive many 'thank you's' regarding the comfort of our bedding). We personally provide the cleaning, and present an immaculately clean and sanitized house. You will be completely satisfied with the cleanliness of this home. The surrounding landscaping is beautiful with a combination flowers; flowering plants and trees - all perfectly kept and maintained. You won't find landscaping at a home for rent like this anywhere. We maintain the property completely ourselves.
