Perfect Spot

This cabin was the most perfect place for our family to stay. We had plenty of room with beautiful views. Its located so close to everything that its perfect to go into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful Cabin That Felt Like Home

The hosts were excellent and accommodating. Upon entering the cabin our jaws hit the floor, this place was gorgeous! All of the furnishings and amenities were high end. You had everything you would need if you forgot something at the house. This truly felt like you were staying in a family home.

We have been to Gatlinburg numerous times over the years and have stayed in cabins/hotels/resorts, by far this cabin was the best! Very clean, the beds were comfortable. Communication with Donna was good. She even let us check in early, which is a big plus. The best part about our stay was the bears two nights in a row they were in our driveway and we were able to get it on camera. The only hiccup was we believe the battery was dying in the entryway for the door code, I messaged maintenance twice, but they never got back to us so we had to leave the door unlocked a few times when we were leaving in order to get back in. If they trim the tree back on the deck, then you would have a great view of the mountains. The trees were full and big so it was hard to get a good view of the mountains. Overall, I recommend this this cabin with anyone that has a large family. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again Donna and to your beautiful cabin. It was amazing.

Excellent rental!

We had a group of 12 adults who were more than pleased with this property! We had our previous rental cancel on us three days before our arrival, so we had to find a place fast! We couldn’t have been more happy! Air conditioner downstairs wasn’t cooling properly and a quick message to the manager and she had someone there in 30 minutes who fixed it quick! So impressed with this place, would definitely rent again! Can’t say enough good about this place! Thank you so much for a great property!!

Perfect getaway

A holiday with family is always special. But, this cabin was icing on the cake. There was plenty of room for 10 adults to be comfortable. We loved the game room, hot tub & quiet area. We were blown away by the very well stocked kitchen. There was everything you could think of & more. The communication with management was exceptional, even though it was Thanksgiving. Fabulous!

This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed with VRBO. We were surprised to see that the rooms were as large as they appeared in the photos. Usually the homes/rooms seem smaller than we expected from pictures, but this was true to the photos. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us (9 adults & 3 children). We enjoyed the game room and hot tub immensely. It was clean and better stocked than any other place we have stayed. There were just 2 minor issues. We thought there would be 2 coffee pots, but there was just one, and it was a Kuerig. We ended up purchasing a coffee pot which will become our "vacation" pot. The other issue was that the gate opened and closed easily from the inside, but the outside had to be tried multiple times to get it to work for opening & closing. These issues were minor. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to go again.

Disappointing at the start.......

Was disappointed at arrival, had to clean 2 of the bedrooms prior to use due to amount of dust and animal feces (yes, the listing states no pets). Owner did contact and apologized, providing explanation, however...... Next issue arose when it snowed. Be prepared, no shovels, salt or sand at the cabin. (Several hours for a response on if these items were available.) Cabin does have a nice paved road and driveway. I will state, with exception to above, the cabin is large, providing plenty of space for a large family gathering. Rating would have been excellent had we not had the initial experience.

Dear valued guest, thank you for your recent stay. We strive to provide a 5-star rating for all our guests. As the owner stated when contacting you, we had a family Christmas party there the weekend before your arrival and the small pet was not planned or allowed but family is family and brought it anyway. The small feces was an oversight and we are sorry for your inconvenience. The weather is usually not bad enough for a snow shovel or rock salt and we have not used one in the past. However, for our guests convenience, we will place both there for the future. Hopefully, you will consider our home again in the future.

Beautiful cabin with a foul smell

Our family rented this cabin June 16-19. This is the first time I've had since we got back to complete the survey. The cabin, while beautiful had a terrible sewer type odor. The smell was even worse downstairs, but escpecially in all of the bathrooms. We tried to stay busy doing things in town, but it was difficult for us to relax and enjoy the cabin because of the smell. Taking showers were very unpleasant because of the smell coming from the drains. Our overall experence was not pleasant. The cabin was clean and neat and our only complaint is the odor. We couldnt figure out if the septic tank needed to be pumped or if there was a problem with the city sewer. Either way, this problem needs to be addressed.

Hi Stacey, thank you for your review. The odor is was not from the septic system as it has been properly maintained. It is from the water well. The water table fluctuates and can produce a sulfur smell but it goes away after running the water. We have tested the water many times and it a naturally occurring smell that can happen with having a well in that area. Unfortunately, the city cannot get a waterline to our cabin so we are unable to make a change to the water source. Thank you again for your stay with us.

Great Cabin

We have stayed at a number of different cabins in the area throughout the years and this one ranks up close to the top. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for our 9 person group. It’s located where it’s about a 20 min drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It has a private gated drive and plenty of parking area. It’s also far enough away from any other cabins to have plenty of privacy. Lisa was also great and promptly answered any questions that we had. 100% satisfied with this rental.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It's location is so convenient to all the attractions but provides many back roads to avoid the traffic. It is nestled on its own private gated drive with a large driveway capable of parking many cars. Out on the back deck it looks as though you are in a tree house with views of Mount LeConte. You can drive to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, or Sevierville within 20 minutes. You are minutes away from the Glade craft community as well

We have strived to include every thing you may need upon your stay. The kitchen is stocked with several things to aid you in that perfect family dinner party to a gas grill on the deck to help with that perfect cookout. The lower deck has a hot tub ready for relaxing complete with a view. We have two fireplaces - one on each level and 4.5 baths along with 6 bedrooms to make your stay memorable. Enjoy a pool table or play ping pong your choice. Every bedroom has a wifi TV for your favorite movie nights. Laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
