The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are only a 5 minute drive to Grand Canyon University, a 15 minute drive to downtown Phoenix and a 20 minute drive to State Farm stadium. Plenty of shopping centers and dining places nearby to choose from. Whether you are here on business or on vacation this place is perfect for your stay.
We enjoyed our stay here in Phoenix. The checking in process was very easy and the communication with the owner was easy. This place was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend staying here for others in the future.
We visited our son at GCU and attended some spring training activities. Dulce is communicative and friendly and the place feels like home away from home. I genuinely hope we can stay here every time we visit Phoenix.
We had a wonderful stay in Phoenix. The townhome was clean and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the outside patio where we could soak up the sun or sit around a table in the shade. The area was safe and quiet. close to
My time of stay at this home was great and it feels like you are home. We went there from Canada with my family and we stayed for 5 nights we all loved it my kids enjoyed big space for them to play with the toys and comfort beds specially the master bed room very comfortable bed. Clean, quiet area, great communication with the host, Laundry room with everything available, lost of blankets to use kitchen full.
My son and I stayed for a week at the villa. It was in the perfect location, halfway between both baseball camps. It was accurately described and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to my messages, usually for simple things.I would recommend it to anyone as it has everything, easy access to local stores, and the freeways.I would love to come back here next year!
Bright, clean, quiet, nicely appointed. We were in town for graduation at nearby Grand Canyon University. The location was perfect, with restaurants and freeway access nearby. The pool was beautiful. I would stay here again.
The owner of this property thought of everything. We were especially impressed by the condition of the cleanliness, patio, neighborhood, close proximity to everything we needed. I would give this property a 9/10.
Dulceâs property is exactly as listed. It was both clean and comfortable with helpful amenities like a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and pull out couch. Check in was seamless. Would recommend.
Communication with the owner was easy and the place is nice and clean. Great water pressure. It would be nice if there was a Queen or king size bed in the primary bedroom. One tv was not enough when you have kids. We did not know where to find the pool key. We would stay there again.
The house was good. Just as described and pictured on the website. It was easy to find. Pool was fun. We had it to ourselves the entire time.
Kitchen had most of the supplies youâd need.
Lots of bathroom towels. But only 3 washcloths and 3 beach towels. Which was a little odd considering the place sleeps 4. When we arrived there were used bars of soap left in the showers. I let Dulce know and she responded right away.
The place had quick access to the freeway.
Overall it was nice.
The property is located in a quiet development. The pool was clean and easy to access. The property was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, etc. the property manager was very responsive and polite. Definitely a nice place to stay. Only 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex. A great place to stay when visiting for spring training baseball.
Stayed here for our spring training adventure. Located in central location to many of the facilities.
The house was a good place to sleep and recharge. The house is comfortable with the basic necessities of home. Pool is not heated so donât plan on using it unless itâs summer time.
The home itself was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Comfy couches, good water pressure, easy check in. The surrounding area had lots of homeless people, businesses with bars on the windows. I'm from out of state so I'm not sure if this is typical in Arizona or not, I'm guessing it is what you'd see in most big cities, nothing we were overly concerned about just kind of surprised.
