Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total, including all children and infants. This limit is strictly enforced per fire code and resort regulations.
No parties, events, or gatherings. This is a family-oriented resort community.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM â 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the lanai, front entry, or driveway. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A minimum $500 remediation fee applies for violations.
No pets unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.
Maximum of 3 vehicles.
One name, email, and mobile number is required for each vehicle/driver in advance so resort security can issue gate access. Unauthorized vehicles may be denied entry or towed at Guestâs expense.
Parking is allowed only in designated areas. No parking on grass, sidewalks, streets, or fire lanes.
Pool safety is required.
Children must be supervised at all times. Do not disable pool alarms or safety equipment. No glass in the pool area.
Pool temperature is maintained at approximately 80°F.
Warmer temperatures are available for an additional fee if requested in advance.
Bunk beds are use-at-your-own-risk.
No child under 6 years old is permitted on the top bunk. Adult supervision is required.
Resort amenities are not guaranteed.
Amenities are owned and operated by Windsor Hills Resort and may be closed or restricted without notice.
No illegal drugs, marijuana, or fireworks are permitted on the property or within the resort.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Unauthorized early arrival or late departure may result in additional charges.
Exterior security cameras are in use (front entry and pool equipment area only). No interior cameras.
Please treat the home with care and return it in the condition it was received. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
