Surf themed bedroom 4 has two twin beds with a full bathroom next to loft area. This home offers a sleeper sofa, located in the loft This cozy area holds a wall-mounted flat-screen television. A washer and dryer are located on second level of the home. Step outside onto your very own private screened-in lanai. Beautifully landscaped with decorative pavers, and an endless array seating options by the splash pool and the outdoor bathroom is super convenient.
