Welcome to the Royal Cottage! This charming cottage sits along Royal Avenue in the heart of `old Grand Beach.` Its perfect location puts you in the heart of the hustle and bustle of idyllic Grand Beach. The cottage is situated just steps to the beach, and 2 blocks to the park, playground, golf, tennis, and basketball courts.

Spend the day frolicking in the Lake Michigan waters and your evening around the campfire sharing stories of the day`s adventures.

*Minimum age requirement is 27 years .

-Primary bedroom-king bed, ensuite with tub/shower
combo
-Guest room 2- twin bed, desk in this room as well
-Guest room 3-queen bed
-Guest room 4-queen bed

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash included in bathrooms

Guests will receive access information 48 hrs in advance.

Guests have access to entire home, however the garage is not available to our guests.

Grand Beach is a golf cart community for those 16 years of age and older with a valid drivers license. Please reach out to find out how you can rent one for your stay.

We take our guests lead. We will interact with you as much or as little as you prefer.

Grand Beach is a quiet beach community. The Royal Cottage is 3 houses from the beach and just2.5 blocks to the golf course, playground, tennis and basketball courts.
