Cette magnifique maison de 5 chambres / 3 1/2 salles de bain est à une courte distance de marche (un peu plus d'un pâté de maisons) de la plage récemment agrandie (accès direct à la plage) et est décorée de façon professionnelle avec un mobilier design, des télévisions à écran plat, une connexion haut débit gratuite à 100 Mbps Accès Internet sans fil, foyer au gaz, comptoirs en granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. À votre arrivée, vous pouvez garer votre voiture et la laisser là! Cette maison est à quelques pas de la plage, des films sur la plage, du terrain de jeux nouvellement construit, de la promenade, des restaurants locaux, de Fish Alley, des magasins locaux, de la location de vélos et des attractions. Profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis les ponts ou détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans cette maison confortable et propre.

Parfait pour les familles, cette superbe maison dispose de 3 lits queen size (2 CHAMBRES PRINCIPALES), 2 lits jumeaux et 1 lit superposé avec un lit double en bas. Le canapé-lit est également situé dans le salon. Pour une valeur ajoutée, des balises de plage, des berceaux et des jeux, des chariots de plage et des chaises de plage seront fournis pour votre usage pendant la location! Il y a beaucoup de téléviseurs à écran plat, lecteur DVD / Blu-Ray, chaîne stéréo, sièges, barbecue à gaz et foyer au gaz pour votre plaisir. Cuisine entièrement équipée, air climatisé central, ventilateurs de plafond, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, douche extérieure fermée, laveuse / sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser et stationnement hors rue. La maison a également une très grande salle bonus / salle de jeux au premier étage avec canapé, table de Air Hockey, Ping Pong, baby-foot, jeux et grande télévision à écran plat.

Bien que vous ne souhaitiez probablement pas quitter Sea Isle City, vous êtes à quelques minutes des passerelles d'Ocean City et de Wildwood, d'Atlantic City, de Stone Harbor, de Cape May et d'Avalon.

Absolument aucun animal n'est autorisé. Toutes les semaines de location commencent et se terminent le samedi, l'enregistrement est à 15h00 et le départ à 10h00. Oreillers, couvertures et couettes sont fournis. Veuillez apporter vos propres draps et serviettes.

Beautiful property

We had such a blast in this home during our stay. The home was clean, spacious, and so close to the beach. The next door neighbors were super friendly. I would definitely revisit this property again for another trip with my husband and our families ! It was perfect and Bill was extremely accommodating.

Perfect Location & Amenities

House has everything you need for a great family vacation! Kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs & beach items in garage. Furniture in all rooms was very nice. House layout accommodates a large family & friends. Walking distance to beach 1.5 blocks/ food/ nightlife/ shopping. Property is clean and very well maintained. Owner very responsive too! Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing weekend with all the amenities we needed

Great place to stay for multiple families! We had three families, each with small kids, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out -- especially nice to have three full bathrooms. Great location in easy walking distance to the beach and Promenade; comfortable furniture; fun game room (our toddlers were thrilled to see the bucket of action figures - aka "guys"!); and nice touches like a Keurig and TVs in multiple rooms. Owner was always extremely responsive and helpful. Recommend!

Beautiful Home great great location!

We spent a week at this beautiful beach house. We celebrated my husbands birthday with family and friends and could not have been more comfortable. The house is in walking distance to everything. Sea Isle a beautiful resort, we have traveled to Hilton Head and this was equally pretty, and so close to much more attractions. The house had everything including beach carts which was a god send. The owner Bill was so great to work with. I had asked if the home had a crock pot and he had one waiting there when we checked in. Just another perk from this owner. The rooms were so spacious. Would return in a heart beat. Thanks Bill looking forward to booking again. Mary and Jim

Beautiful home, Accurate Pictures, Close to the Beach, Easily Reached Owner, & Close Amenities

Greatly enjoyed our September vacation. This home was well kept and nicely decorated. The beds were some of the most comfortable vacation home beds I've slept in. It was a short walk to the beach - close enough that my 4 and 5 year old never even complained on the walk home. There was enough room for our family to spread out comfortablely and plenty to do! It was a short walk or drive from restaurants/play grounds/ grocery store/etc. We also enjoyed the Cape May Zoo, the Atlantic City Aquarium, and the Cape May Lighthouse. The owner was super helpful and super responsive with any questions prior to and during the rental. Would highly recommend this property. The absolute only downside to the home was that you could hear noise easily between the floors ... although we never heard noise from the other side of the duplex.

Fabulous Time!

Our family vacation for the week was wonderful. The home owner was generally interested if we had any questions regarding the property or the area to ensure a pleasurable experience for us. The home was exactly as promoted and accommodations fit our needs beyond expectations. We enjoyed the fact that the location of the home is close to beach, entertainment and restaurants and we didn’t have the need to drive unless we visited other nearby towns. We rented other beach homes however we were so impressed with this property that we will be renting again next year. Thank you!

Wonderful Beach Home

We had the most wonderful time during our vacation to Sea Isle and could not have picked a better home to stay in. Everything was absolutely perfect, they have thought of every detail. From the beautiful decor, the fully stocked kitchen, to the most comfortable mattress we have ever had in a beach home. The layout is perfect for larger families with plenty of room to spread out. One of our favorite features was the large game room for the kids. There were lots of fun toys that they are still talking about. It was really nice for the kids to have a space of their own. This home is very conveniently located as well to the beach, stores and restaurants. They also include the beach tags for use during your stay, I do not know of many others who do this. One of the things we were most impressed with was how nice it was to communicate directly with the owner about questions/concerns. He could not have been nicer and always got back to us quicker than we could have ever imagined. It was much appreciated. We look forward to returning to this beautiful property where we all truly felt at home!

June Vacation 2014

This house is conveniently located near to everything! It's a very short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we could think of. This was a perfect vacation home for our family. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and would love to stay again.

Great Vacation

We have rented several different properties in Sea Isle. None of which compared to this one. The location is conveniently located near to everything we wanted or could need (including the beach). The property itself was was very comfortable and and in good condition. The playroom for the kids was a fantastic feature which they all enjoyed and used constantly when not at the beach. The playroom was fully stocked with various toys including a hockey game and a pin ball machine (which they put to good use). While close to the center of town, this particular street was very quiet in the evening which was great for sitting out on the deck. I contacted the owner several times with a variety of questions and received a response within a short period of time. Would highly recommend this property for a great family vacation!!

Perfect home for extended family

The property is as described. The bedrooms and baths are more than adequate for our family needs. The mattresses are in excellent condition and all adult family commented on their restful sleep. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date. The communal family room furniture was found to be less than comfortable and provides little back support. The decks are beautiful and comfortable. The big disappointment was the "bonus room" which our grandchildren seldom used because the games, especially the hockey game, did not function properly. We found plenty of trash receptacles and an abundance and variety of beach chairs. Beach toys somewhat lacking. The gas grill is very appreciated and functional. The outdoor shower is adequate but could use a chair . There is a communal house on the corner which rents to young folks who, of course party hard and were sometimes noisy. The family in the front bedroom were the only ones disturbed. We provide our own cleaning service at the end of our two week vacation to ensure that the next tenants will be certain of the cleanliness. The landlord is excellent to deal with. Overall, we found this property to be comfortable safe and well located.

Memorable Family Vacation

These accommodations were beyond our family's expectations. The property and home were spacious, clean, well-maintained and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, activities, local attractions and retail establishments. We would readily recommend this property to friends and family.

Gorgeous house, but I will stay somewhere else next time

This is a mixed review. The listing was accurate, and the house is beautiful. The location is perfect; the only reason we had to use our car the entire vacation was to go to the grocery. The owner was helpful and answered our questions before our trip. The property was definitely not spotless when we arrived, and there were some very minor maintenance issues (the umbrella didn't work and some of the chairs were wobbly). The photos accurately represent how vacation-friendly and lovely this house is, and overall we had a good week. HOWEVER, we were still charged a cleaning fee even though we left the house in much cleaner condition than we found it. There are a lot of other properties in this same location, and we will be staying at one of them next year.

Fun in the Sun - Sea Isle City, NJ

We stayed for the long weekend over Memorial Day. The house is absolutely beautiful and very accomodating. It was clean and well-maintained upon arrival. Beach tags and beach chairs were provided which I thought was a great amenity because our weekend was absolutely gorgeous and we spent every day on the beach. It is located in the prime area of Sea Isle. We parked our cars and walked to restaurants and popular bars in the area. Overall, the weekend was wonderful and we had a blast!
