Mediterranea est l’un des complexes de condos les plus luxueux que vous trouverez à Destin. C'est un complexe plus petit avec seulement quatre étages ce qui signifie moins de monde à la piscine et à la plage. Ceci est une unité de coin ouest au 4ème ��tage avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et la piscine. Les unités de coin de l'extrémité ouest sont toujours les plus recherchées dans les complexes de condos du golfe. Ceci est une unité spacieuse avec plus de 2200 pieds carrés, 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains.

Ce magnifique condo a été rénové avec des comptoirs en granit mis à niveau, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un nouveau tapis. Le salon spacieux dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un mobilier luxueux haut de gamme. Il y a un grand balcon panoramique auquel vous pouvez accéder depuis le salon ou la suite principale. Si vous recherchez un condo spacieux et haut de gamme avec une vue incroyable, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Le Mediterranea dispose d'une piscine spectaculaire de style complexe, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine pour enfants et d'un aménagement paysager tropical. L’accès cédé à la plage est situé directement de l’autre côté de la rue, à quelques pas de l’unité. Les vues de ce condo sont tout simplement à couper le souffle! Mediterranea 401A est une maison incroyable avec des équipements exceptionnels et elle n’attend que vous!

The condominium is beautiful. Ceiling fan in master isn't working, but all else was great!

The stay was wonderful. The condo is beautiful. I would suggest more towels and wash cloths, as well as extra blankets and pillows. The lady we dealt with the first day I the main office was not customer service focused. Other than that, the vacation was great and we hope to return. Thanks so much!

This is the 5th time staying on this property and 2nd time in unit 401A. 401A needs the carpeting replaced, many soiled stains. 401A needs trim repainted, chipped areas. 401A needs some interior metal items replaced, corrosion.

Perfect spot for a family

We snuck away for a week with my wife, my mom and sister, and our 7 month old daughter. We love the water, but aren't huge fans of the sand. This was perfect fit for us as we could easily get to the ocean, had great views from our balcony, and could hang at the pool while still being able to hear the waves crashing. The condo was a great lay out for us as it had 3 bedrooms, a nice open kitchen/dining set up, and two wonderful balcony's to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Beautiful beach

Location is right across from beach. Road is very noisy, make sure you bring a sound machine. Couch in living room is broken down, and feathers fly everywhere when you use them. Not good for people who suffer from allergies. Mattresses were comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets and bath towels.

Everything was as expected, enjoyed everything.

Medditeranea is quality property, only thing stairs from beach need to be swept once in a while. Observation may not even be in your control, amount of times helicopter flies over is very annoying and interrupts the beach experience. Others agreed, we may consider other areas because of this. The sea plane does close dives very near people in water, not a safe situation. I understand the need for these but this year some days it was almost non stop.

Beautiful views

It was a great location. And the condo was wonderful. Couldn't ask for a place with better views. And I highly recommend Pompano Joe's. It's the restaurant across the road in front of the resort. You wont be disappointed.

Customer service has dropped.

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at this condo, the first 2 times everything was top notch. This time my wife and I took our daughter, son in law, son and daughter in law. This was their first time ever in Florida and we really wanted them to experience what we have experienced in the past at this resort. When we arrived gate pass code didn't work had to call and get new one. Then we didn't have any car passes and called several times with no call back. Then on that Monday the security guard (only doing his job). Told us if we didn't get passes we would need to park outside of gated community or be towed away. The answering service finally gave me a direct number to get passes. Then we were told that pool passes should be in room and that the last renter must have taken them (never did get those and was there 7 days). Called 2 days in a row to get into the gym and was told that they would send someone to unlock the door ( neither time did it get opened after waiting) so we gave up on that the rest of the week. Not sure if there has been a change of some sort but this stay was nothing like the previous stays. My wife and I have also told family and friends to stay here and they would never stay anywhere else, the place was clean and beautiful views but we will be reviewing other places next trip down. .I know things happen but for $3000 a week im sure there are some other nice places.

The condo and property was very nice. The beach and chairs are a different story.

The condo was very clean and nice. However once we got there we found out are beach chairs where a 1/4 mile down beach. So we payed for chairs in front of the condos and bliss gave us back are money. However we have been coming to Destin for several years and never stayed in a condo and anybody could just come in front of your rented chairs and set up. We had issues with chairs every day. One reason we picked this condo because they had nice gym and when we got there they told us we couldn't use it. For these reasons we will never book through 5 star rentals or bliss again. We also will never stay at Mediterranean again.

Unfortunately, if something is near a public beach access, people feel they can set-up shop. As for the gym, we'll have to look into the details of this. Beautiful property. Great location.

The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed not having to worry about keys. The condo door unlocks with a code, as does the main gate and beach access gates. The pool was very nice and big. It helped that it was heated as some days were not as warm as we would have liked. It was nice to jump into the warm pool after swimming in the ocean. Having beach umbrella and chair service was so convenient! The only complaint was with the bathroom plumbing. The toilets have very low water pressure.

Fantastic condo

Love this property and the location with a more private and un-crowded beach area. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The large pool is never crowded. This is our 7th year to stay at the Mediterranea and we always meet the friendliest people who live and rent here. This unit was recently updated with granite countertops and a mix of tile, wood floors, and with carpet in the 3 adult bedrooms. The unit was clean and inviting when we arrived after dark as the concierge service had been there and left the lights on for us along with a gift of bottled waters and banana nut bread....a very nice touch! The beds were comfortable which is a big thing! The view is amazing with terrace access and beach view from all bedrooms and the living room. This unit provided TWO parking spaces in the inside garage that were close to the elevator. Stairs and elevator access to the 5 floors is excellent. The tenants and owners are very responsible about bringing the carts and bellman racks back to the garage area so they are usually always available for your move in and out and your grocery runs. There is not a beach set-up included with this unit but that's okay as long as the management company is aware of this up front and provides the correct information to you. You can make your own cash deal with the one beach service that services this property's beach front and they will set up your chairs and umbrellas on a daily basis and tag them with your name. You can even choose your spot!

The unit is great. Maybe a little over priced but very nice. I was not impressed with Bliss. The mobile app Bliss has you download is great. The timing of information through the app is great. Here is where it went wrong. We were instructed to contact Bliss with an ETA because they have an agent meet you at the condo to make sure everything is OK with the condo. I gave them an ETA and they asked that i call them went we arrive at the property. I did. No one answered so i left a message on the recording. So, no one met us at the condo. I did have the codes to get into the property and the condo so all was good. The following morning I got two fry pans out of the cabinet to cook breakfast and found them placed in the cabinet dirty. So I cleaned them so I could cook breakfast. Then I got plates out of the cabinet and the plates were not clean either. To top off the morning, after breakfast I went to load the pans and plates in the dishwasher and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the previous stay. Later that morning I called the Bliss' concierge service to get beach chairs for the week. They gave me the wrong rental group so I just went and bought chairs. Next when I tried to use the beach access codes they had given me the wrong codes. Maybe 5starBliss should think about a name change. Again, the condo is very nice and I would like to stay there again.

So Beautiful!

This smaller unit was absolutely perfect for our family of five but, was, still extremely spacious. This was one of the nicest complexes I have ever seen! The Gulf and pool views from our balcony were to die for. This place was SPOTLESS and the master bathroom was as luxurious as it gets!!!
