Eastside Two House Compound *Walk to Bars & Food*

This two house compound is perfect for large families, reunions with friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties or if you just want a lot of extra indoor and outdoor space!

Having a large group shouldn’t mean that you have to compromise to cram into a small place or be separated into hotel rooms. The dwellings on this compound offer plenty of open space among the two living rooms and combined backyards. Cooking meals for your large group will also be easy with two fully equipped chef’s kitchens.
The space
Featuring a variety of rooms between the two homes from a tropical oasis to stylish back house, the homes come fully furnished and styled, with endless natural lighting, to take you away from reality and into an oasis.

Common areas for hanging out, watching movies/catching up on Netflix, or hosting lavish meals include:
- two chef's kitchen that opens up to the dining and living rooms, both furnished with a large farmhouse style dining table, oversized sectional couch
- both kitchen’s comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, flatware, cooking basics, toaster, and coffee maker.
- two private backyard’s that can be connected by opening a large 8 foot gate both with a grill while one has a patio sectional, and a massive front yard space enclosed by fencing that features the perfect fire pit setting for a s'mores night in.

The property comfortably sleeps 14 guests, with no need to cram and five private bedrooms and one very fun third floor private loft, each stocked with cozy bedding and towels. Five and a half uniquely themed bathrooms offer so much space and lighting to get ready for the day (or night!) and come equipped with basic toiletries, hairdryers and new shower amenities. Any laundry needs can also easily be handled in the two fully stocked laundry rooms.

For those who are currently working from home, the second floor rooms each include an office space with a desk and chair. Which gives you four working spaces between the two houses. And, there's plenty more space to work from in the living room, dining room and outside on the patio.

Outside, guests will be able to park up to five cars between the two private driveways and also have the option for street parking.

There are plenty of mirrors and natural lighting throughout the home’s and outlets almost everywhere for ease in getting a recharge or plugging in hair tools, etc. High-speed WiFi is also included with your stay.

The home also comes with many fun indoor and outdoor games for groups, including: cards, Giant Jenga, corn hole, and more!

The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in.
