706 Congress was clean, and the property was as described. The location is fantastic, especially for spending a weekend enjoying the scene on Sixth Street. We were able to walk to everything, including the Longhorns stadium. We had a few minor issues which were quickly resolved by the property management company, but had a fabulous stay overall.

Loft on Congress

Wonderful staycation. Excellent location with scooter stations right outside our door and walking distance to restaurants and the Capital.. This is a super-cool property, very spacious and perfect for our family.

ACL Music Festival Trip

We had a fantastic time. Amenities were great and location was great. Bedrooms didn’t have privacy at all, but we were a group of friends so that was ok for us.

However, please note, the third bedroom is set in a loft-style arrangement, with no traditional door at the top of the stairs, though there are doors that close to the balcony to provide additional privacy from the downstairs. Excellent in everyway

From the modern loft aesthetic, to the location across from the Paramount theatre and 6th st, you literally cannot pick a better place to stay. Hands down one of the coolest places, at the absolutely best location you could find; if you’re on the fence just go ahead and book it - it’s a great experience!

a really cool loft great for our family of six!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! We had the best time. Our kids thought that we were the coolest parents in town for getting such a neat place to stay. The balcony was great to sit and have coffee or wine in the evening. The kids loved playing with all of the games and open area downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Good Location and Space

Location is nice and it’s a big space; effectively one large 3 story room. downside is most of the beds are couches which fold flat. One of them appeared broken and so our friend just slept on couch. No extra frills

Amazing loft in central location

I came to Austin for a guy’s trip and this loft was perfect. There were 8 of us, and more than enough room without us feeling cramped. The location couldn’t have been better, and the deck was a nice way to have a drink and people watch. Just be aware that there is only one normal bed. This wasn’t an issue for us, but I see how it could be. Would definitely recommend!

This place was a blast! It has it all, location, games, clean I couldn’t be happier with my stay.

I lived in Austin about 3 years ago and wanted to come back for my bachelor party. I wanted to stay somewhere fun downtown where we could all stay in one spot. When I came across this property I knew I had found it. It was so nice to have the games downstairs to play while people were getting ready and the location was perfect. We could walk every where we wanted to go and there was a great spot for brunch across the street. Plenty of space for all the guys to stay and having the porch was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and unique stay.

Awesome stay in a cool space

Had a wonderful weekend in this loft!! We were eight guys in Austin for a bachelor party. We got a gift at the beginning # which was very sweet of them. We loved the pool table and shuffleboard. The space itself is super roomy and stylish - the bachelorettes ditched their own place to come hang out at ours! As other reviews have stated, the whole space is open and continuous, and other than the one bed, bedding is all futons. That being said, we were very comfortable, and there was enough bedding for 8 of us to sleep comfortably! Only issue would be if your group doesn't want to share beds
