Appartement Marina Ă  Omis

Notre maison a été construite en 2005 et est un peu en retrait dans la petite rue qui mÚne à Nemira, un quartier d'Omis. La plage n'est qu'à environ 100 mÚtres. Il y a trois restaurants et deux petites boutiques à proximité. Dans la ville principale, à deux kilomÚtres, vous trouverez d'autres magasins, restaurants, cafés et médecins. Vous pouvez acheter des fruits frais, des légumes, du poisson et des spécialités régionales tous les jours au marché.

Sehr sehr schöne Appartmentwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Super Lage, toller Pool und ein wirklich schönes Appartment. Wir wĂŒrden hier immer wieder buchen.

Nice appartment

We had a very nice stay at the appartment in Nemira. The appartment was clean and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. We had a perfect and very beautiful view from the balcony. There was a lovely beach at only 100metres away. On the beach there was a very nice restaurant named 'Aga'. We would definetely recommend this! We went to Krka National Park; it was amazing and absolutely a place to recommend! Omis is a nice town at only 3km away. Trogir is also worth visiting. All in all we would definetely recommend this to other visitors! We would recommend it to couples in special.

review of apartment Marina

The apartment was all new, clean and well presented. my partner and we found it very comfortable for the week. the best part of the apartment is definintely the balcony! we had amazing views of the glorious sunset every night and sun in the morning for breakfast. the owner and her family have been extremely helpful and accommodating, right from the start of the booking process, through all of our stay. we would recommend taking up the offer of a private transfer from the airport if you are not planning to hire a car, it is a very competitive rate and friendly service! we would definitely recommend buying scuba/boarding shoes, as the pebbles can be uncomfortable on the feet, we also saw many urchins and they are prickly! Nemira is quiet and cosy, their are a few places eat/drink and our favourite was the restaurant opposite the apartment - fantastic food and wonderful service every time we went there. there are steep walks to the beaches and would suggest that it is not suitable for wheelchair users, even those who are very active, but young children shouldnt have a problem with it. we would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back one day.

Marina, Nemira 2009

The apartment is very good and comfortable. There is air conditioned, which is very useful as in summer is very hot. The apartment is roomy and the furniture is brand new. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. From the balcony you can see a lovely panorama. Last but not least, the owner is very kind and hospitable. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend some days in this wonderful place.

Lovely New Apartment with a Beautiful Seaview

The apartment is situated in Nemira which is about 3km from the main town of Omis. Nemira is a relatively quiet village but has a couple of shops within a minutes walk of the property. It also has a few restaurants and bars. It is an easy drive to Omis. We did not have access to a car but this wasn't a problem as it is only a 25 minute walk to Omis and there are regular buses from Nemira that stop of in Omis and go all the way to Split. The apartment is new and is very clean. I was staying with my girlfriend and there was plenty of room for the both of us and I imagine there would be plenty of room if two more people wished to stay. The air conditioning in the bedroom was very good as it got incredibly hot at night. However the best thing about the apartment was the balcony. It gave a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea with a backdrop of the Mountains on the Isand of Brac. The sky was almost always clear of clouds and the sunset from the balcony was stunning every night. The beach is situated only 100m away down the hill. The beaches are beautiful, backed with pine trees and the Adriatic is crystal clear. However it takes a while to get used to the cold water although it does get warmer throughout the day. I'd recommend getting a pair of scuba type shoes as all of the beaches we came across were pebble beaches and also our travel guide mentioned the beaches were home to spiky sea urchins (although I only saw a couple myself). Everyone wears them and they can be picked up for less than ÂŁ5 in many of the nearby shops (especially in Omis). The owner of the apartment and her family are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to organise several activities to do in the local area such as rafting and a trip to Bol beach on the island of Brac. We also visited Krka National Park to see the waterfalls which I would recommend although it is a couple of hours drive away. Overall this is an excellent apartment and we really enjoyed our stay there. It is a slightly quieter part of the Dalmatian coast but within easy reach of busier towns making this a good base to see the area.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Sehr gepflegte Wohnungen zirka 25 km von Split und unweit der Makarska Riviera. Schöner Blick vom Balkon Auf die Adria und wie in der Überschrift geschrieben, wirklich nur 100m (wenn ĂŒberhaupt) zum Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert!
