Policies and guest information
• Dogs only: A $100 nonrefundable pet fee is manually added after booking. No other pets are permitted. Violating the dog-only policy may result in a $200 fee.
• No indoor smoking: A $250 fee applies if smoking is detected.
• Returned items: $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• Stays longer than 21 days: A $50 long-term cleaning fee is manually added.
• Unapproved late checkout: $50 fee.
