This is a very nice property in a great location near Phoenix and Scottsdale. The host took care of every detail to make our stay a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was one of the nicest. I would recommend it if you are planning a family vacation. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Our granddaughter loved that there was a TV in every room! Thanks for a great stay.

Great weekend getaway

My wife and I had a great weekend getaway. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Well kept property

The home was very clean and well decorated. It has been recently remodeled and has modern style inside and out. The location is close to many shops and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay here and would come back.

The home was excellent. The pool was fantastic and we used it just about every day! The home is in a great location too. Next to a great pathway for walks in the morning. The home is close to multiple grocery stores and other shopping. There is a great community pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, etc. within a short two block walk. There are multiple tv's for watching the NCAA tournament and other tv entertainment. We stayed for 6 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The host contacted us few times just to check in, but there wasn't much that needed added attention. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Winter Get-A-Way

We found the house to be perfect for our two week stay with retired friends. Great location! Really enjoyed the patio and pool area as well as nearby walking trails. Property Manager was very quick to respond when needed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic 8-night stay! The property was exactly as described and had helpful additions like spices, kitchen roll, laundry soap etc. The AC was great, the house felt secure, it was very clean, and real effort had been made to cater to a comfortable experience. The host communicated brilliantly too. Highly recommend.

We Loved Everything About This Home!

The location was great, being close to biking and hiking trails, yet close to everything else. The home was clean and accomidated our family perfectly. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive! We'd go back anytime!

The host, Uche, was amazing! He was extremely responsive and worked with me concerning my back issues when other property managers wouldn’t. He arranged for a 2-inch mattress topper and wedge pillow and I got along great for our 2-week stay! The house location was perfect with shopping, groceries and a great gym within minutes away. We loved hanging out in the private backyard, enjoying the pool. We had such a great experience that we will be making this an annual tradition and we aren’t even interested in looking at other properties. Thanks, Uche!!!

Clean! Great set up of multiple tv areas. Very clean patio furniture! Great outdoor set up. Ample towels, toiletries, and comfortable bed linens/ pillows. Very quiet neighborhood. Host answered emails promptly. Great stay!

Amazingly relaxing

This property was extremely enjoyable. Everything was thought of. Pool floats electric pump to inflate them. Everything was new. Clean and fresh. Very quiet neighborhood and the outdoor space made this whole place! We will definitely be visiting again!

What a gem

This place was great! Great location, very quiet neighborhood with a walking path right in the side. It was perfect for our group, 4 adults two kid. 3 rooms all with big comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Lots of tv’s and options for hang out spots. I am also a renter so I’m a little more particular than most and we enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back.

When we arrived at the property, there was a slight issue with the door lock. The owner sent a text within 5 minutes to correct this. The owner was very communicative and the 5 days were amazing. The property is as described and the amenities were in good working condition. Thank you for a relaxing time at the house.

Amazing Property

Five Stars does not do this property justice. Not only is it beautiful, especially the pool area but the location is ideal. With the easy access to the highway it is convenient to everywhere in the Phoenix area and still located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our host was extremely responsive and cooperative anytime we had a question. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Phoenix area. Sharon

Christmas 2023

Our family recently celebrated Christmas in Arizona and needed extra lodging as our daughter who lives nearby did not have enough space. This property was perfect for gathering, cooking and enjoying outdoor space for the holiday. Our grandchildren enjoyed opening Christmas presents and having Christmas breakfast poolside! Host was quick to respond to questions, neighborhood was quiet and a nice place to take some long walks and close to grocery stores, etc. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful Getaway!

We spent 9 days at this property in December/January and everything about our stay was great. Prior to getting there the communication with the host was great, instructions were clear and we had no problems finding the house and getting in. Once we entered the house was just as described in the listing and was very clean and inviting. We had the pool heated for our stay and it was warm and ready to go when we arrived. The house is very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals, lounge by the pool and just relax and enjoy. We loved the location as it is close to so many things and was easy to get to where ever we were off to during the day. It is also very private and on a quiet street which we appreciated. The host was fantastic, very responsive and great to deal with. We are already planning our next visit to stat here again.
