Nous possédons un magnifique condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bain à Turtle Cove, sur l'île de Kiawah, classé «niveau supérieur» (premier niveau) par Kiawah Island Resort. Nos tarifs incluent l’ensemble des privilèges du Kiawah Island Resort, notamment l’utilisation GRATUITE des piscines du complexe, l’accès au centre de remise en forme, le service de minibus pour vous emmener partout dans l’île de Kiawah, ainsi que les avantages du complexe pour les départs en golf, la location de vélos, le canoë-kayak, kayak, camp / activités pour les enfants, sorties dans la nature, etc.

Ceci est une unité supérieure, lumineuse avec des plafonds voûtés. Récemment rénové, il comprend un solarium fermé offrant une vue boisée. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse et un bar. Il y a trois téléviseurs grand écran LCD et lecteurs DVD (y compris un système home cinéma avec station d'accueil iPod), un canapé-lit, une table de jeu et un espace de travail avec bureau escamotable. La véranda dispose également de son propre coin salon.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et comprend des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Les deux salles de bains ont également été rénovées, y compris le granit.

Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et à quelques minutes du club de tennis et de East Beach Center, qui abrite un petit magasin d'alimentation et un restaurant. Le nouveau club-house Turtle Point Golf est juste en bas de la route, avec un excellent restaurant. Le Sanctuary Resort est à distance de marche, avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques. Il y a plus de 32 km de pistes cyclables à explorer et l'île de Kiawah est un paradis pour les golfeurs et les joueurs de tennis.

Nos clients ont accès aux piscines du Kiawah Resort, dont 2 (Night Heron et West Beach), qui comprennent des piscines de style vergers et des piscines familiales, avec toboggans et autres activités.

Wonderful villa. It felt more spacious than other 2 bedroom villas that we've rented in Kiawah- the enclosed sunroom was sunny and a great space for reading and puzzles. The villa was clean and had plenty of kitchenware to enjoy some meals at the villa. We liked to order from Fuji for good sushi and hibachi dinners.

A great Villa!

We booked the villa through VRBO at a lesser cost than what was posted on the Kiawah Island Resort website and had all the same access and ameities as those who book through the resort. We had access to the Night Heron pool, checked in at the villa check-in counter and received key cards to use throughout the resort. The unit itself was very spacious, I found the king size bed to be comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and upon arrival the trash and bagged linens from the previous occupants were still in the unit and I made 2 calls to housekeeping before they were removed. The cleaning was also just so-so, there was traash from the previous renters behind the couch so you could tell it wasn't diligently cleaned but I do not fault the VRBO hosts for that. Turtle cove is about a 10-minute bike ride from the beach and night heron park. All-in-all it was a great stay at this villa!

The accommodations are simple-maybe not as upgraded as some others on the island but still much better than some of the more 70s style ones. The necessities are there, and for the price and location, we really thought it was great. The king bed in the master was plenty comfy. There was a lot of seating in the main room. It's an easy walk or bike ride to The Sanctuary and the beach. There was a small dog in the condo across the way that barks for a bit when you come and go - worth noting if you're sound-sensitive but it wasn't incessant or through the night. The front door is a bit weather damaged, so you really have to yank on it to open/shut with the warping around the lock-- It was a little annoying with my elderly dad but not so much that it'd prevent us from booking again. The owners were super nice in the booking process and easy to communicate with-also sent a lot of great tips/suggestions for things to do during the stay. We didn't have a reason to message them during our stay bc everything was fine. I recommend!

Kiawah never disappoints

We had another great week in Kiawah. We enjoyed everything about this property. Everything worked, the place was clean, and the beds were comfortable (even the pull out sofa for our son). We’ve been coming to Kiawah for years but never stayed in this section. We ended up loving the location and would love to come back here.

The property was very nice. The condo is large and well equipped. By foot, it's quite a hike to the pool. The beach is closer. It would have been nice to have a deck or screen porch. The evenings were beautiful, but nowhere to sit out and enjoy it.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was as described and the owners were great to work with and incredibly responsive. A short bike ride to the beach and Night Heron Park (we actually prefer to be a short distance away so that we have the opportunity to ride bikes throughout the day - a favorite part of our Kiawah trips!) Look forward to staying in this unit again in the future!

Perfect Condo for family

This Turtle Cove Villa had everything we needed! Perfectly located on the Kiawah Resort. Close to the beach, golfing, biking, and the Sanctuary! Very Clean and has washer and dryer. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful location and such a comfortable space!

Our only complaint was the workout/fitness center was not optimal, most of the machines were broken and it was extremely small with a super unpleasant odor, and difficult to find. We were treated quite harshly at the Sanctuary when we requested to use that facility (in 2 days, only 6 people had signed in on sheet and it was completely empty both times we stopped by) by a gentleman [Jim].

Thanks for the review. The fitness center is in the process of being renovated/moved to a new location, but it will take awhile to accomplish this. It's part of a master plan by the Resort to centrally locate some of the amenities. I will pass your comments on to the resort management. The perfect villa!!!

This villa is truly exceptional in every way: gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful furnishings and decor, plenty of kitchen utensils and cookery to prepare meals, great internet and cable provided. The overall appearance of the villa is well-maintained and super clean. We loved the location within Kiawah. We are typically hotel snobs and this villa exceeded our expectations and made for a delightful vacation!!!

Spacious, lovely accommodations!

This space exceeded our expectations. It was way roomier than we expected from the photos. Perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils and other cookware that we could have needed. Location was great. We had a couple maintenance and minor housekeeping issues that the resort took care of right away, but nothing that detracted from our enjoyment of the space. The owners were very communicative, and we look forward to renting from them again.

Spotless, Spacious Perch Amidst the Trees

I was seeking a comfortable property near the beach with lots of recreational opportunities, and this one certainly met my get-away expectations. I was traveling alone; this spacious condo would nicely accommodate a family, with its open ambiance in the large living room that separates the two sleeping and bath areas. The sofa and love seat, accompanied by a huge coffee table are a great place to kick back and watch the large flat screen TV. The second bath has a door to the hall as well as the Twin BR. The king bed in the master has rather firm mattress, but pillows could use luxury revamp. Preferred 2nd bathroom to the master, as felt more spacious. Shower pressure great; 100% cotton comfy towels. Location of the villa is corner of Green Dolphin Way and Turtle Point Ln in very shaded building. Usually a light worshiper, I was soothed by the muted forest contrast from the brightness of the beach. Front bike racks to park your Kiawah bike rental, which can be ordered for direct delivery to your villa. Recommend rental for your entire stay! Be sure to include basket in your order for only $3 /stay. Arrived day after Hurricane Hermine affected area with gusty winds, and there was foliage down everywhere on the island. While the staff was cleaning as fast as practicable, it will take weeks to remove. Biking to beach access ramp trail #27 that borders the eastern side of The Sanctuary took 3-4 minutes, then 3 min to the bike racks, then 2 min walk across the wooden access ramps above the shrubbery and dunes. I don't see how it would be a 10 min. walk, particularly with small children and beach gear. As your marked parking pass is for villa space, there's not much of an alternative other than a driver dropping off others and taking bike back. You can also walk your bike onto beach itself, where at low and mid-tides, you can enjoy the most phenomenal experience of riding miles on a flat expanse of beach, even into the surf a bit :) Night Heron only Pool has 25m lap markings in 3 lanes, but go early, as families fill those areas 10-4. Water park for tots, except slides. Resort access HUGE + for this property. Kitchen well-equipped; no bug/gator/snake sightings were made; Nature Center is cool. Skip beach yoga; competes with AM maintenance. Sanctuary toy store & Fresh Fields Bookstore have great gifts. Go to Straw Market, Freshfields, or Harris Teeter for ice cream, as Sanctuary has obscene prices. Bobcats live far west end of island near river.

Best Kiawah stay yet...

My wife and I have vacationed at Kiawah nearly every year since our honeymoon 14 years ago. We have stayed in multiple locations throughout the island, and without a doubt, this is our favorite rental! To begin with, the villa is updated and has a luxurious feel to it. The villa is well-updated and have those extra little touches that make you feel right at home. Both showers are tiled and modern. The carpets in the bedroom are super soft. The family room is extended into the former porch area which provides a spacious feel and is tied together nicely with wood flooring. The kitchen is nicely updated and stocked with all of the necessary cooking and dinner utensils. The location of the villa is a short bike ride to both the beach and Night Heron park. This is especially convenient since it comes with full resort privileges, something that is tough to come by at this price point. The resort privileges grant you access to two water-parks, multiple pools, and offer discounts on a variety of resort activities. I also want to note how understanding the owners were as they worked with us when a family emergency arose during the time of our trip. This will be our "go to" location in any future Kiawah trip and I highly recommend it.

Your Home Away from Home

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. This condo truly was like a home away from home. The attention the owners have paid to detail makes all the difference. We loved the layout of the condo. Tile floors made it easy to keep things clean in the entryway and bathrooms after a visit to the beach. At the end of a long day the soft couches and wooden floors in the living room felt like home. And the bedrooms were perfect -- comfortable beds, soft carpet, and plenty of sheets and pillows. The kitchen offers everything you could possibly need -- plenty of cupboard, cabinet, and pantry space; a super nice fridge and dish washer; all the appliances, utensils, dishes, and cutlery necessary for preparing meals. The sun room is a great place to sit, relax, and read. The washing machine and dish washer worked well, and housekeeping was happy to provide additional clothes detergent and clean towels as needed. If you hit a rainy day like we did, there are plenty of books and board games to choose from. This is a wonderful property, a short bike ride away from everything you would want to visit on the island. And it comes with resort privileges -- that means access to the pools, splash pads, etc... Will definitely plan to return here in the future!

Perfect Villa to enjoy all that Kiawah has to offer!

We vacationed with our young son last August at this beautiful villa in Turtle Cove. We were close to everything!! Awesome location and villa was spacious, fully appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed Nigh Heron Park pool, West beach pool, trips to Sanctuary and biking throughout the island. Villa is just as described and even better! You won't be disappointed.

Beautifully decorated, well equipped condo

We stayed in this unit for a Spring Break vacation. It is well equipped and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for meals in. A great location only a short bike ride from the beach. We think that having resort privileges is a must. We enjoyed the Night Heron Park pool and noted that several children's pools for resort guests will be opening this summer. While on the island we enjoyed kayaking, a dolphin encounter cruise, and just relaxing on the beautiful beach. The owners were courteous and prompt with communications. Looking forward to another visit soon!

We are Glenn & Jan Pearson and we live near Boulder, Colorado. We have been coming to Kiawah for 25 years; it provides a perfect contrast to the mountains here in Colorado. Our two children, now grown, particularly love going to the beach and bicycling the beautiful bike paths. Kiawah has been, and will continue to be, a very special place for us to escape to and relax.

Kiawah has always been a special place to visit for our family, with its extensive, uncrowded beach, great restaurants, bike paths, and general resort atmosphere. Its proximity to Charleston is a real bonus; there is so much history and sightseeing nearby, and Charleston is known for its low-country cuisine. Kiawah is our daughter's (now grown) favorite place on earth.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our guests are considered guests of Kiawah Island Resort, and, as such, have access to resort amenities, such as use of resort pools and preferred tee times at the golf courses. Turtle Cove is within walking distance of the Sanctuary and East Beach Village, giving our guests close access to various restaurants and a small grocery store. Turtle Cove is the furthest east condominium complex, meaning the beach closest to our condo is uncrowded, being near the Vanderhorst Plantation part of the island.
