Amenities include a heated pool, outdoor shower, soaking tub, outdoor grill, and a separate pool house. Plus, Breakwater is conveniently located near Haven’s beach, Foster Memorial town beach, and circle beach, making it the ideal home for any real estate professional looking to enjoy all that the Hamptons has to offer.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Located just .5 miles from the village shops, restaurants, and beach.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.







Home Truths:



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



The third bedroom includes a twin bed and a trundle bed.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.



Parking Details: Plenty of space for vehicles in driveway.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
