Karen, her husband and adult son’s stay in my home was for 3 nights. At once on her arrival, I was asked about central cooling and explained that as shown in our pictures, there is no central cooling in this 300-year-old historic house. There are air-conditioners only in the 2 bedrooms. I had communicated to Karen on arrival, if there are any issues or anything she needed to feel free to call, text or email me since I am available on-site in the house in my own private apartment. Since the house is waterfront, there is always a cool breeze that flows through the house. Karen and her family closed all of the windows and left the 2 air-conditioners on with the bedroom doors open. Had she left open the windows that were left open, then the apartment would have been cool. At night with the air-conditioners on, the bedrooms would be cold and more than comfortable if left on and the bedroom doors left closed. This is the first complaint about my pillows in my VRBO hosting. The master bedroom as advertised is a large bedroom, in the front of the house (and is in the original front parlor). It has a queen-size bed in it. The smaller bedroom has a double-size bed in it.
