Welcome to Queens Grant 586, the perfect family villa for a weekend getaway in Hilton Head Island! Settled into the LowCountry, you can expect frequent visits by the local ducks while enjoying the comfort of 1988 heated and cooled square feet. This villa features a spacious open layout with a dining table for 6, comfortable and coastal furnishings in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Accommodations:
The home sleeps up to 8 guests with three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. The first-floor primary bedroom and one upstairs bedroom each feature a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen and a twin. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional space, with Smart TVs throughout for added comfort.
Outdoor:
Step through the sliding glass doors off the living room and enjoy serene, outdoor living complete with a BBQ and beautiful foliage.
Area:
