Built in 1934 and located on the newly renovated S. Washington St., this Classic Craftsman House will transport you back in time to the simpler life in Prescott, while still retaining modern amenities like Central Air, Forced Heat and fast WiFi. Located only 6 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 10 minute walk, 5 minute drive. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet home.
Wanted a quick last minute getaway and this house was a perfect fit for the family. Easy to get to and conveniently within walking distance of downtown Whiskey Row and to local trails. Highly recommend.
Overall a great place to stay. The house is very cute with tons of historical charm. Close to downtown for easy accessibility to everything.
The host was fantastic and incredibly responsive through the app with any questions I had.
5+ stars and highly recommended
Very roomy, nice outdoor area, house stocked with everything u could need, very easy to connect with owner. Loved the enclosed sunroom too, and the history book about the home. Thank u so much, very pleasant stayđ
My family of four stayed in this lovely, absolutely clean and historic house during our recent stay in Prescott. It is located 5 minutes away from the Whiskey Row area (a pretty long and hilly walk) and centrally located to all other areas of the town. Check-in was a breeze (you use a simple code) and communication with the owners was also fast and easy. Highly recommended.
We totally enjoyed our stay. The home was as cute as button. The only down side was: we couldnât use the fireplace, the secondary bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and the heater stopped working, however, the property manager sent over maintenance immediately and they remedy the problem with the heater quickly.
Loved this space. Liked the different rooms where we could relax. Conveniently located to head out to all the parks, golf, and other activities in and around Prescott! We walked to town each night (hilly but a nice walk) and enjoyed several local food spots near Whiskey Row. Great town to visit!!
Beautiful historic home in the heart of Prescott. Loved reading the history on the home. Lots of thought went into the restoration, down to the door knobs â€ïž Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked and entire property is well maintained. Host was easy to correspond with. CHARMING
Cozy home in the historic district. Great backyard to sit out in. Easy access to shopping and downtown events. The sparkler on the BBQ doesnât work but can be lit using matches. Also, there are limited BBQ tools to clean the grill, it is probably best to bring your own.
This house is adorable and has everything youâll need to be comfortable. We loved our time there. It was fun to inspect the craftsmanship and uniqueness of the home. Itâs located close to Whiskey Row and we had so much fun at the pubs and shops but the neighborhood the home is in is very quiet and relaxing.
We arrived 5 minutes after check in and the cleaners were still there. One who seemed to be on drugs told us a cleaner had heat stroke and had to leave. The other stated âsorry,â it was a big clean, but weâre almost done. Even after a very long road trip we understood. We let them finish and went inside to use the bathroom. The toilet seat was all wet, there was a full can of kitchen trash. There was an old coffee pod in the coffee maker. We were left with a quarter roll of paper towels and a dirty kitchen sponge and kitchen towel. Very unhappy about that. We had to clean up after the previous guests. And if your plan on cooking. Be sure to bring foil or baggies because there is no food storage items provided.
The house was great. Very vintage, but all the modern amenities. Hosts are very attentive to guests needs. Nice central Prescott location in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay again when weâre in the area.
