I would like to talk about the house in a second before you book. I recently finished a home renovation. Brand new bathroom, flooring, and painting.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
The property is located in a working-class community, and it’s a pretty safe area with the friendly neighbors and close to the Strip. The property's street view is attached to the photos.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a sofas.

The house has powerful Internet and three Smart TVs. All of the Smart TVs are with no cameras connected.

The property is equipped with 4 security video cameras (2 of them are outside above the front door and the second two are in the backyard).
Inside the house is a noise detector.

It is a pretty quiet area and close to Smith grocery (5 min drive) and walking distance to Walgreens 7-11 and McDonald's.
6.2 miles (13 min drive) to Venetian Casino (Strip)

Please note:

Private swimming pool, HEATED (per request). A fee may apply. The pool heating fee may vary depending on the weather outside.

There is no pool heating fee in the summer.

In May, September, and October, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $95.00. Then, for each day you stay at the property, the pool heating fee is $65.00.

During the cool season from November to April, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $150.00. Then, for each day you stay at the property, the pool heating fee is $95.00.

Please let me know 24 hrs before arriving if you want to get the pool heated.

Guests swim in the pool at their own risk. Children should be monitored at all times by an adult.

The water dispenser and ice maker of the fridge are not working.
You will see not fast drainage but not too slow either.

Living room light switches are on the back side of the kitchen cabinets under the countertop.

The backyard isn't perfect in detail, but it's really nice and you can definitely have a good time.

That being said, if you are looking for perfection then my house is not for you.

NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST MATCH THE RESERVATION.
No unauthorized guests on the property.
All guests and visitors must be pre-approved before arriving at the property.

All other property details (check-in/out instructions, home lighting, pet policy, etc.) will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival.

All pets must be pre-approved and fit in the following category:
Non-vocal, light-shedding, potty-trained, non-chewers, and non-aggressive. NO PETS ON FURNITURE. It is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet.
The pet fee is $75.00 per trip for each pet (for the 2nd dog may apply a discount).

The vacuum hose is installed to clean the bottom of the pool. Improper removal and reinstallation of this vacuum hose by the guest will result in air being introduced into the pool pump, which causes permanent damage to the water pump. Please leave it in the water and do not tamper with the vacuum hose.
