It is fully equipped for all your needs. Two family room areas with large flat screen TV for watching a movie or gathering to play games. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to serve up an amazing meal featuring a dining table that seats 10 & with the additional leaf’s 14 along with the 5 seats at the bar. Its spacious Deck has a tall top fire dining table with 6 seats along with a comfy seating area waiting to be enjoyed while watching the amazing sunrise and sun sets or a relaxing night around the additional fire table. This is truly the ideal spot to relax and take in all the beauty Bear Lake has to offer. The views are breathtaking, and the wildlife sightings are frequent. You will likely see Wild Turkey, dear, moose and rabbits.

Take advantage of the great parking area. There is a place for up to 32 foot trailer and multiple other trailers or boats. Keep your rigs and boats secure. No need to leave anything at the bottom of the hill out of site. We also have a destination Tesla charger that you can use to keep your car fully charged.

The home is minutes from the shores of Bear Lake, a good 3 iron drive from Bear Lake Golf Course, or a short drive to hundreds of miles of recreational trails and snow skiing. The opportunity of adventure is limitless. If adventure isn’t your thing, no problem. Relax on the oversized furnished deck taking in the magnificent views or enjoy the pool and hot tub year-round at ideal Beach. There is something for everyone at The Lake House at Bear Lake.

A stay at The Lake House at Bear Lake will gain you access to Ideal Beach Resort. Ideal Beach Resort is the only location right on Bear Lake with acres of green lawn allowing families to play together. Spend the day with your family playing at the beach, pools, hot tubs, mini golf course, playground, pickleball courts, tennis, volleyball, corn hole and more. Ideal Beach also offers a Free pancake breakfast on Saturday mornings, family BINGO on Monday, free hotdogs on Thursdays and several other activities throughout the summer.

During summer evenings, you can attend free s’mores cookouts, outdoor movies, or a round of Midnight Madness Mini Golf. Take advantage of the great location right on Bear Lake enjoying the beach and getting out on the water. You can rent sea-doos, boats, paddle boards, water trampolines, and more right from Ideal Beach.

The Bear Lake area is home to two great golf courses. Bear Lake Golf course which is minuets from the Lake House and Bear Lake West Golf Course which is a 15 minute drive. Both courses provide challenging greens and great views of the wildlife mountains and lake.

If getting up into the mountains is your thing, motorized or not, there are many options of trails right outside your door. Hodges Canyon which is a main trail head is just minutes from your front door and down at the bottom of the hill is a paved bike path that will take you all the way to the marina. Firefly Electric Bike rentals are conveniently located near the paved path right across from Ideal Beach.

Garden City is a short 10-minute drive which is home to many quaint and delicious restaurants, and we can’t forget the multiple options to partake in the world famous Raspberry Shakes. You will not be disappointed.

Parking notes: No parking passes are required as long as guests are parked on the property to include off street parking next to rock for two vehicles or one Truck and trailer. (Please note there is a $250 fine assessed on any vehicle found parking on the street/in non-designated parking areas.)
