Excitement awaits in this beautiful 5 bed 3.5 bath home in Wicker Park. With 3 spacious living areas, a chefs kitchen and a dedicated dining area this home will have plenty of room for your group.
The home has 2 garage parking spots, free street parking available, a washer & dryer and a location that allows you to walk to shopping, bars and restaurants.
5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath with 12 Beds in the home (4 Queens, 1 King, 4 Twin Beds, 1 Queen Pullout Sofa and 1 Queen Air Mattresses). Large kitchen, dining room table and 3 TV / living areas. 2 indoor parking spaces w/ EV charger and free street parking are available.

You will have access to the entire house!
The property is located less than .5 miles from the heart of Wicker Park filled with shops, restaurants and a farmerâs market every Sunday. 10 minute walk to the Blue Line to OâHare and Downtown. If you are wanting to explore other parts of the city it is less than 3 miles to Wrigley Field and the United Center and less than 5 miles to Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier and the Art Institute.

Damen Blue Line Train is less than .5 miles away.
The front entrance doorbell has a ring camera and that has visibility to those going in and out. There is also a camera over the side door and back porch. There are no other cameras anywhere on the property.
House Rules:
1. Please read over and agree to the rental agreement before booking. Any damages or house rule violations will be deducted from the damage deposit.
2. Please note we may require that you answer a few questions after booking. We look forward to hosting you!
3. If full payment is not received 28 days prior to your stay we reserve the right to cancel your stay and keep the amount already paid.
Rental Agreement and House Rules: Once you book, you agree to these terms.
General Principles:
âą These House Rules are intended to ensure that our property, the neighbors, and the community are respected. Rest assured, there should be no problems if you follow the Rules. But if you feel you cannot follow them, we ask that you do not book with us.
âą Please respect our property, the neighbors, and the neighborhood.
âą Parties, both large and small, are strictly prohibited. Family and friends may visit for a bit provided that they observe these Rules.
âą Please keep the noise to a minimum. This is especially important after 10 p.m. Guests, including family and friends, are not permitted past 10 p.m.
Zero Tolerance Policies:
âą If you throw any party, large or small, or engage in any drug use, including marijuana use, we will require you to immediately leave the property and impose all applicable fines below. Our neighbors report all parties, and we enforce these rules strictly.
âą Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Damage Deposit and Fines:
âą If any party is thrown, large or small, you will be fined $1000 and will be required to immediately leave the property.
âą If anyone smokes in the property, you will be fined $350.
âą Excessive noise may subject you to a $100 fine.
âą If more people stay at the property than the number of guests stated in the reservation, you will be fined $25 per unidentified person each night. If the total number of guests exceeds the maximum number specified in the listing, you will be fined $50 per extra guest per night, and we will either not return your damage deposit or fine you an additional $100.
âą Failure to return the garage door opener will result in a $150 fine.
âą If anything is stolen, missing, or damaged, you will be fined, or your damage deposit will be reduced, three times the replacement cost for the missing item. If you make a timely report that any item was damaged, you will only be charged for the replacement cost. Theft will result in a $500 minimum fine.
âą On rare occasion, when our home is left unusually dirty, the cleaner charges extra cleaning fees. If this occurs, then you will be charged $50 for each additional hour of cleaning beyond the allotted cleaning time.
âą If you fail to check out at 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your stay, then you will be fined: (1) $1 for each minute you stay past 12 p.m. for the first hour; and (2) an additional $50 at 12:01 p.m. and for each subsequent hour.
o For example, if you check out at 1:05 p.m., then you will be charged $60 for staying from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m., $50 for staying past 12:01 p.m., and $50 for staying past 1:01 p.m., for a total of $160.
Prior to Booking:
o We require that you have verified your email and phone number through the rental site. We also encourage you to provide additional identify verification such as your social media profile, a government-issued ID and a clear image of yourself.
After Booking:
âą After booking with us and before your stay, we will require you to send us a picture of your government-issued ID. (We respect your privacy. This security process is no different from a hotel requiring you to present your ID upon arrival.) Upon receipt of your ID, we will send you the access instructions for the unit approximately one week before your stay or else immediately if your stay is less than one week away.
o We may call you to conduct a final screening. If we reach out to you, access instructions will not be released until we speak. If we do not hear back from you in 24-48 hours after reaching out for the screening, we may ask you to cancel your reservation.
Check-out:
âą Check-out is at 11 am on the last day of your stay. This check-out time applies to all stays unless: (1) an alternate plan has been agreed to and (2) payment for late check-out or extending your stay has been made. The alternate check-out plan and payment must be made at a reasonable time before the last day of your stay.
o Checking out on time is extremely important. We cannot offer last-minute exceptions. The cleaners will clean the home right after your stay, and new guests often check in shortly thereafter.
