. At our arrival, the pool was very dirty and cloudy : the technician tried to tell us a long story about previous guests who made damages... but It has been functional only late the following in the afternoon. Our grandchildren, coming from MontrĂ©al, were disappointedâŠ.. We didnât get a clear water every day, and the last 2 day water was deeply cloudy. . We didnât even find a little soap in the bathrooms at our arrival after a Canada-Italy flight.. The un-pressed bed linen is thin, of a poor quality - there are no pillow protectors, just pillowcases â This is not hygienic.. The mattresses still wear their plastic cover from purchase, which makes a âcheapâ plastic noise and feelingâŠ.. There is no sofa on the veranda â just 2 old dirty armchairs . The wood table on the veranda is dirty and sticky : the varnish seems to have melted and deteriorated. I had to buy a tablecloth to have decent dinners and suppers. We found only 11 correct glasses - 4 champagne little flutes (?) a beer thick glass - in a house listed for 12 persons ! It should be 3 glasses per person. . All salad bowls are of cheap plasticâŠ. in the country of summer saladsâŠ. . Apart from old aluminium oversized pans, the Teflon ones, for normal use, are deeply scratched â We could not use them as it is not safe.Overselling description on the Web page . âClim reversibleâ : it should be : âClim reversible in bedrooms ONLYâ not in the main entrance, in the
