ACCEPTER DE NOUVELLES RÉSERVATIONS POUR L'ÉTÉ 2019 APRÈS LE 1ER JANVIER! Cette maison est sur des canaux qui se croisent avec un accès facile à l'océan. Golf, pêche, restauration, shopping et divertissements pour les enfants. Il y a un quai et une terrasse calme donnant sur le canal. Barbecue à gaz Weber pour votre plaisir de barbaqing. WiFi gratuit plus TV UHD avec son surround dans le salon, TV compatible Hi Def et WiFi dans la chambre principale et TV HiDef dans la deuxième chambre. La cuisine / salle à manger a été récemment rénovée. C'est un excellent emplacement pour les enfants car il se trouve dans une rue sans issue (circulation minimale) et dispose d'un quai pour le crabe et la pêche. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour calme et reposant, mais proche de tout le plaisir que vous pourriez souhaiter.

Cadre calme: Il s'agit d'une maison de trois étages avec une belle terrasse donnant sur deux canaux. Il y a un quai pour bateaux à la maison avec des amarrages. Le quartier est très calme et la maison dispose d'un parking hors rue. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants et un bel endroit pour marcher et faire du vélo. Les épiceries sont à moins de cinq minutes en voiture et plusieurs restaurants populaires à proximité.

Nous sommes amis des animaux de compagnie avec un dépôt de garantie remboursable.

REMARQUE - Nous accepterons les réservations de nouveaux invités pour l'été 2019 après le 1er janvier 2019. Les invités de l'année précédente ont le premier droit de refus.

Beautiful home, excellent location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house comes stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect for us as it is only about 2 miles from the drive on beaches. We were able to bring our two dogs along on our trip which means a lot to us. The home is located on a quiet street, which is perfect for morning and evening walks. Thanks again to John for sharing his home with us, we will definitely be back!

The home has everything you need. Delaware /Maryland is our yearly family vacation and I always bring extra supplies because you never know what you might need. But we didn’t need anything extra at John’s home. From extra tissue/paper towel to a steaming pot for the crabs caught from the dock. It had it all. We loved this place and will be back for sure. We also checked out the restaurant John recommended CATCH 54 which was delicious.

Long weekend getaway

Wonderful home in a fantastic location!

We loved that we were on a canal and could sit on the deck and gaze at the water. I'm afraid of jellyfish, so I declined to take the kayak out, but most people wouldn't be so wimpy! Fantastic vacation!

Perfect vacation

This house had everything you need to enjoy a vacation. We felt at home from the minute we stepped foot in the door. We have never stayed in a house that provided us with so many amenities. House was cozy, neighbors were very friendly and located in an ideal spot. We definitely will return!!

Wonderful property for all ages!

Wonderful, gem of a property in Fenwick Island! We loved the beauty of being on the canal, use of the kayaks and excellent location to the beach, mini golf and more! The owner is very thoughtful with attention to details that you won't find in other rentals. House was clean, well stocked and much more beautiful in person than the pictures depict!

Amazing home! Family favorite!

We felt right at home! The house is so clean and well stocked. Even though the home allows pets, you would never know any pets had been there. We loved sitting out by the water, and crabbing off the dock. We are looking forward to staying again!

Semi-retired, I am a licensed Washington DC tour guide who enjoys golf and snow skiing when I am not guiding. I had worked in the hospitality industry for 40 years including over 25 years with the Marriott corporation. Because of that, my objective is that our guests have a great "turn key" stay. We also enjoy domestic and international travel and spend much of the non-summer months at the beach house sampling the great local cuisine at off season prices.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I purchased this house because it is a very quiet and relaxed waterfront location but conveniently located from many attractions and the ocean. Originally I was enticed by a close friend who lives year round on the street but since, have developed several other friends who live there year round. We have great neighbors and about half of the block are people who live there year round.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

As a single story home, it has all the amenities I need including a quiet deck overlooking adjoining canals. On a dead end street between two canals, you can walk to Harpoon Hannah's. Papa Grande's, Catch 54 and more but you are still tucked away from the main highways. We try to make sure the house is fully stocked with your daily needs to include toilet paper, paper towles, foils, baggies, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, spices and cooking needs. We suggest guests come to the house before hitting the crowded grocery stores.
