Hello Darlene, I am quite honestly very surprised by your review. We were in touch with you prior to and throughout your stay, when we checked on you the morning after your arrival, you said the house was good, you just needed some washcloths, and on your departure you said you had a Wonderful stay. At no point at all during your stay or in your correspondence with us did you mention any issues at all with the home or the cleaning, if you had brought any concerns to our attention, we absolutely would have addressed it for you immediately. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected with photos prior to your arrival, if anything was missed in the process, I do apologize but I wish you had notified us so we could address it with the team and correct for you at that time. ~ Dorothy, Seaside Vacations

Richard, I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. I can assure you, all of our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. This home is pet friendly, that is why you may have experienced some dog hair. If we would have been made aware of any of these issues you experienced upon your arrival, we would have absolutely gotten them addressed as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback regarding the kitchen appliances, we will take that into consideration for future guests. I hope you got to make some great memories with your family, and I certainly hope you all think of us the next time you come to visit Ocean City.
