The Village of South Walton is located on beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Seacrest Beach, within walking distance to Alys and Rosemary Beach. Be prepared to explore with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and gorgeous beachscape within near distance. This studio unit is a great option for small families or a couple’s getaway in the heart of Scenic Highway 30A, without breaking the bank!

This studio, B244 is on the 2nd floor in Building C, right above LaCo and Pizza by the Sea.

This studio, B244 is on the 2nd floor in Building C, right above LaCo and Pizza by the Sea.
Elevators are available to get to 2nd floor, luggage carts are located by the stairs for your convenience.

This is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there is a tram that picks you up at the pool to take you to the beach!!!

Tram available: March-October. In off-season, beach access is just a short walk or bike ride away.

There’s deeded beach access for Village of South Walton at the Seacrest Beach access at S Seacrest Beach Blvd. It’s a few blocks walk from the condo. There are wristbands in the unit that will indicate you are a guest in Seacrest Beach. Please note, the beach gate closes at 10pm.

In short, you don’t have access to the beach in Rosemary and Aly’s, but you do in Seacrest.

All the commercial areas are available to visit in both Alys and Rosemary, there are many.
Armbands are located in the unit for pool and beach access.

The studio is 305 square feet, about equal size to most hotel rooms, and is appointed with a newer queen bed with a pullout twin trundle. There’s a 40-inch TV with cable, wi-fi internet, a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee pot. This is a no-pet, non-smoking unit and there is coin laundry accessible on the same floor.

On property there are two pools, grilling stations, and plenty of shops and restaurants right on property to include: Pizza by the Sea, LaCo, Starbucks, and Peddlers Bike Rentals.

Peddler's Pavillon is located right outside of the unit and offers daily and weekly bike rentals.

Beach chair and umbrella rentals can be arranged prior to your stay, we recommend Long Vue Rentals.

We provide a starter supply (Like hotel) of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent and trash bags until you can go to the store.
