Summer Weekends Available - Waterfront Five Bedroom Home, View, Dock, Fish, Swim

This 5 bed, 3 bath home is right on the water of the Lake of the Ozarks! The dock is in a calm cove, perfect for swimming off the platform! The dock also includes a 2 boat slips with lifts and two jet ski slips with lifts. There is a screened in deck as well as an un-screened BBQ area. There is a walkout patio on the lower level with Picnic Table. Enjoy the beautiful evenings by the fire pit after a day out on the lake. There is Central AC to ensure a comfortable temperature inside the home. This house is on MM 4 of the Osage arm of Lake of the Ozarks close to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment options.
Main Level- You will find a nice open floor plan with a large living room area. The kitchen and dining are are at one end with the master bedroom at the opposite side. The nice screened in patio is off the living room and a smaller patio is off the dining area. Both sliding glass doors offer great lake views.
The master is a nice size with flat screen TV and bathroom. Bathroom features newer walk-in shower and is also accessible to the kitchen area. The 2 car garage has an entry into the kitchen as well.
The Upper Level has 2 bedrooms. One is a King with a Flat screen and the other room has a Double Bed. The bathroom for those two rooms is located right in the middle with doors on each side.
The Lower Level is very large with 2 more bedrooms. There is a double bed in one room and 2 twins in the other. There is a nice bathroom on that level for those 2 room and the big family room. This is walkout level and has a King Sleeper Sofa another sofa and a Flat screen TV. There is also another refrigerator down there for easily storing all the boat and dock beverages. Washer and Dryer are very handy for drying your beach towels. We do not supply those so be sure to bring your favorites along.
This home is on one of the BEST Coves at the Lake! Everything is close by.
We are anxious to have some of our first guests stay at Hollyhock Harbor and look forward to some great reviews!

Family Vacation

The property was great for our stay. We utilized the dock with fishing, swimming, and lounging. It was perfect for us, not to mention the beautiful view!

Great Getaway.

Had a great stay. Nice screened in back deck overlooking the lake. Kids had a great time on the dock swimming and using all the water toys provided!!!

We had along weekend family get away. Age’s ranged from 12 to 73. The house was perfect with plenty of space for the cousins to hang out as well as grandparents to enjoy the laughter. The dock was great and the location a plus.

July 4th getaway

The entire trip was amazing! From check in to check out the trip was on point. The cove that the dock is in is perfect for families, calm waters and friendly people. A lot of food in the area and easy access to stores and amentities. Lots of water toys for the family which helped make the trip more fun and relaxing. We would stay here again for sure.

This house had everything we needed! It was on the perfect cove, had the best dock, came equipped with lots of toys, fishing poles, rafts etc., and had the easiest walk from the house to the water. My whole family enjoyed their stay. The property manager AND the owner were super responsive when I had questions, and were more than accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Side note, the restaurant, Barn-B-Q up the road was delicious. If you on the fence, book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Lake Ozark home

Three families, three floors, worked out great. Biggest complaint was the parking. Had to do some car switching depending on who was leaving. The dock and fishing were great.

Best lake rental we've stayed at!

Location is perfect, 5 legit bedrooms, plenty of room indoors if it rains, great screened in porch for dinners, dock is incredible! Has all lake related stuff you could need, wake boards, Lilly Pad, kayak, pull behind / ropes, air pumps, 3 full size fridges, big garage, everything you need for adults or kids vacations. Very impressed. Manager was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!!

Relaxing Stay

Overall, we had a wonderful time at this house. The screened in porch was my wife's favorite thing to use in the mornings. We did find some old plastic water bottles under the beds, but otherwise it was a clean place with plenty of things to use in the kitchen and for grilling if needed. The dock was great, and we had a blast with the Lilly pad, floaties, kayak, and paddle board provided. The outside stereo was nice as well. Ther was just one little issue with whoever arrived next door with the shared driveway. All the guy did was power wash the house and driveway and also burn leaves and a tree stump from Monday evening on. All day smelling the smoke and hearing the power washer motor, especially in the morning was unfortunate but we didn't notice it once on the dock. It was overall a very fun and relaxing stay.

family summer weekend

pros: big cove, scenic, calm. big boat dock with quality furniture, paddle boards, etc., close to restaurants, go carts, strip, spacious house, screened deck, 2 living areas. cons: very steep driveway (but short), complicated TV operation, upstairs double bed mattress is very hard. would stay again although rate could be out of reach by next summer.

It's sometimes difficult to find that perfect place for your family at Lake of the Ozarks. Our house is the spot to be. You will have a wonderful cove for swimming and water activities and also have your own large dock where you may keep not one but two boats on lifts along with 2 wave runners. This is one of the best coves in the area offering protection from the large waves of the main channel for water sports. When you are ready for some action you can head out and find many fun lake front restaurants near by. The house is just off Horseshoe Bend Parkway so you are close to everything. Boat Rentals are just around the corner and of course the popular Bagnall Dam Strip area is just up a couple of miles by car or water.
You will love the firepit for bonfires at night while recapping your day on the water.
