Great location for us! We will stay here again. I really appreciated the cooffee& coffee pot as well as the tea pot. And the water bottles were great to have on hand. We slept great! The grocery and Eastern Market were so close!

Cannot beat this location!

A fantastic location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Easy 15 minute walk to the Capitol or just walk a block to the Metro straight to the center of town. Wonderful restaurants everywhere!

Cute apt in a great neighborhood!

The location was super convenient, close to shops and restaurants and a Metro station. The apt was clean and well-furnished, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. We had a great time staying here!

Beautiful Place, excellent location.

Our stay here was everything we expected. I house is beautiful and comfortable and location is wonderful. The owners were incredibly kind and helped us super quickly and with nothing but kindness. We would happily stay and again!

Awesome place in a perfect location

This property was in the absolute perfect location steps from the Eastern Market stop and lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. Communication with the owner was always prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Good place near Capitol

Clean, easy to use. A little challenging to find at night, and the heat is controlled upstairs - but these were minor. Having a reliable place in walking distance from the Hill was wonderful.

Washington DC Trip

Awesome location, just a few steps from the Metro. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. right in the neighborhood. Just as advertised, the unit was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids, 12&13. Both kids loved the place and neighborhood. The owners were amazing, very attentive if we needed anything or had questions, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the city.

We loved our stay at this VRBO! Rita communicated with us and answered all questions. It was clean and well maintained! I definitely recommend staying here. Our kids liked traveling by metro feom this location.

Great Location - Super Clean and Super Host!

I had a fantastic stay at Rita’s apartment! The location is ideal, a charming historic neighborhood and just one block from the metro. The space is nicely furnished, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the essentials. Rita’s attention to detail and quick communication made the experience even more enjoyable. Had a wonderful stay!

Everything was just as we had looked forward to. The wife and I wanted a nice weekend away and this stay delivered. The house’s proximity to everything was perfect. We were only a few blocks from everything we could have needed and we enjoyed multiple outings throughout the weekend for food, coffee, shopping, and sightseeing. When we wanted a moment to recharge, we easily popped back to the rental. On top of everything, our communications with the owner were quick and caring. Highly recommend this stay!
