Profitez de ce charmant 1br / 1ba (2-4 personnes +) sous-sol anglais avec entrée privée dans une maison de ville historique des années 1890 à distance de marche de Dupont Circle, Logan Circle et le U Street Corridor. Cet appartement meublé avec goût comprend une chambre avec un lit queen-size, un canapé-lit queen-size et plusieurs lits gonflables de différentes tailles. C'est un endroit parfait pour un voyage d'affaires ou une visite aux nombreux sites incroyables de DC.

L'appartement est Ă  deux pas de dizaines de restaurants, boutiques, clubs et Ă  distance de marche de deux lignes de mĂ©tro. Il n'y a pas de stationnement hors rue pour l'unitĂ©, mais un stationnement rĂ©sidentiel temporaire peut ĂȘtre organisĂ© pour que les visiteurs puissent profiter du stationnement dans la rue abondant dans le quartier. Our host Frank was excellent. We enjoyed the apartment. Location was awesome. Easy to get to Trader Joes or Whole Foods. We stayed a week and saw many of the sites. Nice neighborhood. The Metro train was easy to get around DC. We would stay here again if we came back.

Cozy & Convenient!

Loved staying at this property! An under 10 minute walk to the Green Line station and many restaurants. Parking was easy to find and the owner was very helpful in getting the permit and the check-in / check-out process. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location

This listing was great for us as it was close to so many restaurants. Walking distance to the Metro and bus stops. We left our car parked in the same spot all week as we walked or used the easily accessible public transit. The home itself was very organized and detailed instructions left by the host with every question we could have had.

Quite nights in the city

Favorite things - the host's quick response to inquiries, location to bus line and restaurants, and free parking. Nice size for a couple and a comfortable bed, too.It is a basement apartment with little natural light and a little damp. It was clean, but would benefit from a deeper clean.I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great location Great host!

Frank and Ty could not have been more accommodating! The apartment is in a great area with shops snd restaurants nearby. It was a quick Uber ride to all of the sights. We will definitely stay here again if we return to DC.

I'm a classical musician who's lived in Washington DC for 25 years. It's a great city in so many ways, I'm glad I can share my basement apartment with visitors from around the world. I live in the main house above the apartment, so I'm easily available to assist guests with their visits in the national's capital.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love my neighborhood with its historical townhouses and apartment buildings, restaurants, shops and nearby public transportation. Though in the heart of Washington, the apartment is in a residential neighborhood populated with a wide variety of residents, including young Congressional and White House staffers, young families, couples and singles from all over the world. (Few people in DC are actually from DC!) One of the coolest things about where I live is the giant Masonic House of the Temple, located right across the street from the apartment. The building was designed by John Russell Pope, architect of the Jefferson Memorial and the National Archives, and it's one of the most impressive buildings in Washington. It serves as the Southern Headquarters for the 33rd degree of Scottish Rite Masonry, and a tour of the building is fascinating and entertaining. If you're a Dan Brown fan, the building plays a pivotal part in his novel, 'The Lost Symbol.'
