Sophisticated & comfy townhouse walking distance to beach!

Three story townhome with garage and community heated pool. Just a short walk or bike ride to Crescent Beach, restaurants and bars. Hop on the trolley and you're on the way to Siesta Key Beach and the Village. Home has been recently renovated with a new Kraftmaid kichen, Bosch appliances including an induction range, and gorgeous quartzite counters. Main king suite has been updated with new shower and freestanding Badeloft solid surface tub, Avocado organic mattress and organic bedding. Complete privacy on your own floor. Sublime! Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has two extra long twins that can be put together to make a king. All bedrooms have TV’s. Living room has a large leather sectional and swivel chair to enjoy the large wall TV. Two balconies to enjoy the fine weather. Entire home has tile floors and we use natural cleaning products (no Fabuloso, strong detergents or scented plug ins!). LG washer and dryer. Beach bikes, wagon, umbrella, etc.. for your day at the beach. You will love this home away from home!

Beautiful property

The pictures are accurate. The townhouse is very well stocked and communication was easy and fast. We didn’t rent a car and it is an easy walk to grocery or over the bridge to beach. Very comfortable with three bedrooms.

Great Place

Serene, clean, airy, tasteful. Location worked fine - Sarasota is of a size that all of its various areas are within reasonable reach by car, and Siesta Key is quite nearby presumably without one. Well stocked with home essentials, and even beach gear. If you stay here, please take care of it; care has been taken to keep it impeccable!

Super Clean, Super Comfy, Super Obliging

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Suzanne was an incredible host. The townhome was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. All the ‘extras’ that were provided were super appreciated. The location was very easy to walk over the bridge (half a mile) to get to all that Siesta Key had to offer (restaurants, beach and free trolley). The bikes were great as well! Do not hesitate to book this property if you are heading to the area!!

Owners were available for all questions, and very kind. Extra personal items were available in the condo, a definite plus. Very clean, and comfortable. Nicely appointed condo! A few more steps than we anticipated, but highly recommend it. Thank you

My wife and I have stayed at well over a dozen different VRBO properties over the past five years and this place by far surpassed any of our other stays. Communication with the owner was kind, gracious, and just over the top spectacular. The cleanliness of the condo, particularly kitchen and bathrooms was immaculate. The location being less than three-quarter mile walk directly to the beach was superb when our daughter came down with her family. The furniture appeared brand new was stylish and quite comfortable. Oh, and the beds were beyond amazing. I have no idea what kind of mattresses they were but every single one of them was absolutely outstanding. The master bath was a luxurious spa like set up, including faux candles. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils galore, sharp knives, and high-end appliances like a Bosch convection oven brand new dishwasher and refrigerator, including a crockpot and air fryer, which was so incredibly quiet. Extra amenities include inside games as well as a few Floaties for the beach, sand toys, even a kite. Two bikes were available along with an amazing wagon which came in very handy to carry on the chairs and umbrella, as well as a cooler! all of which they provided .We were absolutely wowed by this whole experience and wish I could rate it six or seven stars! Yes, it is a little bit more money, but you get so much more bang for your buck!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

Family trip to Siesta Key/Sarasota area to escape the northern cold. Six of had a peachy time at this tastefully decorated home. Our hostess went above and beyond leaving special surprises for us upon our arrival including baking pans for Turkey day. Clean home, new furniture, quiet neighbors, helpful host and easy access to restaurants and shopping. This was a great base for the Sarasota and surrounding areas. While we didn’t do the beach days thanks to weather the house is stocked with all the essentials including coolers, ice packs, beach chairs, towels, beach toys etc Don’t hesitate to plan a trip!

Nice place close to the beach

The place was clean and comfortable. We felt at home, Sue made sure we had everything we needed. She thought about literally everything. From shampoo to paper plates and everything in the kitchen anyone could need for a long or short stay. She made sure we had beach towels, toys for the kids and everything else for the beach and for our stay. The beach is close by, riding the bike is literally like 5-7 minutes just a short ride over the bridge or walk and if you drive it’s even faster. But you might have to pay for parking. We have nothing bad to say about the place. It was all a great experience. It is a town home so plenty of stairs to climb, but nothing we couldn’t handle. I wouldn’t recommend it for very small children though, but over all nice, clean, comfortable and beautiful home.

Best location! A short walk to Crescent beach, bars and restaurants without the hassle of Key traffic. Hop on the trolley and you're off to the Siesta Key Village or famous Siesta Key Beach. Come back and completely relax in this newly decorated, beautiful townhouse. Three bedrooms (one king, one queen, two XL twin/king), 2- 1/2 baths. Newly tiled everywhere. Large TV's, three outdoor balconies/patios, heated pool, garage. Main BR is a sanctuary on it's own floor, you'll never want to leave!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Cozy pastel-colored townhomes with community heated pool. Only 19 units. Also a favorite local full day spa is directly across the street. Walk or bike to everything!
