This brand new luxury home in Starkville's recently developed Portico neighborhood is the perfect place to stay for game weekends, graduation, business travel, summer camps, visiting your student at Mississippi State and more! Located 2 miles from campus and downtown, this professionally decorated, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom two-story home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a spacious floorpan with ample natural lighting throughout! The open concept kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for entertaining, and the adjacent living area features plush furniture and large flat-screen TV. Double doors from the kitchen/dining area open out onto the large front porch which offers added entertaining space. The first floor master suite has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double vanity and large double walk in shower. The second floor has two more bedrooms which each offer a queen bed, full bath, large closet and flat-screen TV. Washer/dryer is located in upstairs landing area. Covered back porch with comfortable outdoor furniture. The home is equipped with Wifi and streaming capabilities for all TVs.

Lovely house

This house was beautiful and accommodated our family. Great place to chill. Porch was cozy and very comfortable. Double doors add a great touch when weather is nice!

Perfect place!

This is the perfect house. It’s in a great location, is decorated perfectly, each bedroom has its own bathroom, and all of the amenities are provided! Highly, highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home in a very cute subdivision. We stayed here while moving our daughter into MSU and it was perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Owner is awesome and easy to communicate with. Staying here for all future trips to Starkville! Thanks again, K!

Overall clean/good stay… upstairs shower- slow drain, floors upstairs-dusty, more towels needed. Beautiful new property, safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Excellence in Starkville

The pictures are awesome but the actual environment was superb. Bright open clean safe and comfortable plenty of space for everyone. I love the neighborhood. I love the location of the home as it is only minutes from place to place within Starkville. I would stay here again, and would recommend to anyone traveling to Starkville.

Fun Fun!

Staying at this property made it very simple to enjoy all of the events over Super Bulldog Weekend. The property is convenient to MSU and eateries and such. It was clean, the towels were soft and the showers were nice and hot! The common area made it super easy to have time with our friends and our kids who are students at MSU. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great location

We only stayed for 2 nights but everything was very nice. Communication was great and check in was simple. The rental is in a great location even thought on the outskirts of Starkville. It was very easy and quick to get to everything. It is in a nice and quiet little neighborhood. The house if very nice and comfortable. As with all rentals, I would recommend a deep clean every so often and spot checking housekeeping to make sure they are doing an adequate job. I would definitely consider renting this location again.

Impressed!

This is such a nice property! My family and I have never done VRBO and what a nice way to get introduced to this process. The property is beautiful and very clean. There are a few things I’d recommend, blinds or a covering on the back door as well as the kitchen windows. While these are things that can’t be changed but the driveway is tight and there are a few ergonomics within the Master (light switches behind the closet doors when the closet doors are opened. But the property is very nice and we’d recommend it and stay again.

Beautiful Home

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had selected the right home for our stay. Beautiful furnishings, great space, and beautiful neighborhood. It was great that each bedroom had their own bathroom and tv. Only two things to note: we traveled to Starkville for a wedding and had dresses that we needed to iron but this home did not have one. Definitely suggest that they add one. Also did some cooking and when turning on the oven, we found that some food had not been cleaned out of the oven and caused a burning smell when we turned the oven. I had to clean the racks and the bottom of the oven. The microwave had also not been cleaned out. These are two items that I suggest to be checked after every stay. Minor things that did not ruin our stay and we would absolutely stay again!
