We live close to the house so in general we can be available as needed in person unless we are out of town. Otherwise we're always available through the app. We may check in via the app but otherwise we try to give our guests space to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Guest's will have full access to the house and 2 acre yard. The house is located on a property that is secured with a gated entrance. The gate has a keypad for property entrance and the house has a keypad on the door for entrance into the house. The house has a ramp for access to the door.

For vehicle access, the house has a wraparound drive way for easy access and exit. A large covered, lighted parking area is available that can comfortably fit two vehicles.
High speed fiber wireless internet is provided for work or relaxing. For work, a dedicated work space is provided. For relaxing, each bedroom and the living area has Roku powered TVs loaded with all popular streaming service apps for easy access with your accounts. Wireless information is provided to easily connect your own devices.

The large master bedroom has a king bed, reading chair, walk in closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a closet, reading chair and private bathroom.

The kitchen, dining, and living area are all open as one big room. The kitchen has a bar area with 4 stools. Right out of the kitchen is a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench to seat 6. Next is the living area with a couch and chair set around the TV. Finally, a second couch (with pull out bed) and desk workspace completes the open space.

Out the front door is a large, covered porch with ceiling fans and provided chairs. Here you can take in the country farm setting!
