What a wonderful house! The location was quiet and convenient, and the hosts were so helpful and responsive! We visited the arch, the city museum, the zoo, the aquarium, and even some caves! Everything was an easy drive - we're looking forward to our next trip to St. Louis

We had a lovely time in St Louis. The house was within minutes to Forest Park and the St Louis Zoo. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the towels in the bathroom were so soft. We took several walks in the neighborhood and ended up finding Alibi cookies. We had great communication with the hosts and we encountered no issues during our stay. If we ever would come back to St Louis, we would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our weekend stay with family. It was close to so many activites which made traveling a breeze. Dog Town was absolutely adorable! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room

Cleaning issues

Home was not ready at check in due to cleaning not being completed. The normal cleaning crew didn't clean so another "emergency" cleaning crew was sent in. The "crew" was one person who arrived 30 minutes before check in and spent one hour cleaning. The home is larger and the hour she spent was simply not enough. There was a dirty pan in the oven, trash in drawers and no trash liners in the trash can. We had to finish the cleaning ourselves. Location met our needs. However I cannot recommend this location due to poor cleaning.

Wonderful Weekend Stay!

We were only here for 2 nights, but it was a great place to stay. A ton of room for everyone to sleep between 2 families. We also met the neighbors next door who were very helpful when we needed an extension cord and they also gave us tips on places to take our kids. We loved that it was walking distance to restaurants and just a short drive to the zoo. We had a great stay, easy booking and checking in/out process, and we had everything we need. Highly recommend!

Nice stay close to the zoo.

We enjoyed our stay even with the bitter cold days. The house could use a revamp on the heat especially in the back bathroom, but overall, it was a pleasant experience!

STL adventures

This was a great place for a Girls’ trip to explore STL. It is very well located to see many of the sights in the city. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. This home is very old in a charming area and has been completely renovated.

Great property in a highly convenient location

This property has been very nicely and recently renovated and looks really nice, although you can tell the building itself is still pretty old. We loved that our family of 8 could fit easily in the space without having to use any sofa beds or cots, etc. And the AC works very nicely which was a must during the summer (although it is kind of loud). We also love the location, and we usually try to book places in this neighborhood when we visit St. Louis as it's central to a lot of sites and easy access to both highway 44 and 64/40. As a heads up, the master bedroom didn't have a lock on the door, and there are no other doors for the master bath area other than the laundry space - I know this is a style preference that some people like but we would have preferred a little more privacy in that regard. Overall I would come back to this place in the future though.

STL WEDDING TRIP!

The house was perfect for our weekend trip! The host was very kind always responded in a timely manner! The home is in a great location, minutes away from forest park (which was amazing and so much fun for us and the kids). One of the children accidentally broke a window, this is the first time anything has been damaged when we were renting😅. We took care of the cost of the repair and they were super kind and understanding!

Comfortable, safe home in a convenient location

My wife, our three adult kids, their mates and one infant stayed over a weekend in this comfortable, updated home. Plenty of room for the eight adults and one baby. The primary bedroom downstairs features a huge bathroom with walk-in shower. Three upstairs bedrooms were comfy and shared a bathroom. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The location is great. About 15 minutes to downtown. 15-20 to the airport. About 15 to west suburbs. This is a neighborhood of older, well-cared for homes. The house is completely modernized inside with new appliances and fixtures. Beautiful wood floors. The only suggestion would be for lamp shades on the two floor lamps in the living room that had only bare bulbs and put out an unpleasant glare. (Or, put dimmers on the ceiling lights which are quite bright.) Second request would be for a place to put clothes in the primary bedroom, where there is no dresser if closet. Minor points in what was an overwhelmingly great stay in a large, roomy house in a great neighborhood. It’s close to The Hill, which has many excellent Italian restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cute Dogtown House

Nice house in a great location. It was easy to find and get around the city. I would definitely stay there again. The house had everything you need for a quick trip or a longer stay. The one thing of note is the beds are a little too high for elderly individuals to climb into. I think a simple step stool would correct the issue. Overall, we would go back to this exact house again. We love and miss the LOU!

Perfect for SLU Graduation

Such a cute house. The location was great - close to SLU, the Hill, and the highway to get to the Busch Stadium, The Arch, just to name a few. We were a party of 10 and were comfortable in the house. The neighborhood is great. We went for a walk and found a coffee/ice cream shop, an Irish pub, a BBQ place. Would definitely stay here again. 😀

Wonderful property

Can't say enough great things about this place. We were in town for a graduation and this was a great "home base" for all of the activities. Great location. Close to everything. Plenty of space. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had.
