**Family-Friendly Lake Home:** This spacious house is ideal for 2-3 families, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests. It's a wonderful setting for quality time together or celebrating special occasions.

**Safety First:** Our cove is a safe haven for kids and adults. Enjoy breathtaking views in a no-wake zone that spans the size of 10 plus football fields, ensuring a secure environment for all.

**Coffee Lovers Rejoice!** The house is equipped with a commercial Keurig, offering unlimited K Cups for all guests.

**Accessibility:** With no stairs leading to the water, this home features a gentle slope on a wide path, making it easy for everyone to access the waterfront.

**Family Amenities:** We provide a high chair, two pack-and-plays, and a safety door to restrict access to the stairs. The deck is designed to be baby-proof, complete with water toys for little ones.

**Convenience at Your Fingertips:** Enjoy two laundry stations, two refrigerators, and a freezer for your comfort. The home has five bedrooms, including a loft with three bunk beds, a twin-size bed, and a primary suite bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to seven children.

**Outdoor Fun:** A flat area by the water has been designed for recreational activities, such as cornhole. We also offer a water slide and kayaks for your enjoyment.

**Ample Parking:** The property provides space for up to 8 vehicles and a designated spot for your trailer. A universal charging station for electric cars is also available.

**Docking Facilities:** The dock suits your boat and has six buoys for safety. It can accommodate your boat and has plenty of room for one or two other guests to stop by.

**Water Slide** Please use the water slide at your own risk. Please ensure that all rules are followed and that parental supervision is maintained.
Water Slide Rules:
-Use the water slide at your own risk.
- Slide feet first.
-Slide sitting up. No kneeling or standing.
-Do not attempt to stop on the slide.
-Only ONE person may use the slide at a time. No one can use the ladder until the person on the slide splashes into the water and is out of the landing zone.
-Forming 'chains" is not prohibited.
-Parental supervision is a must.
-No horse playing on the slide or ladder.
- You are assuming all the risk and liability for injuries and more.
