Location: This beautiful house is just 10-15 minutes away from I75 and conveniently close to grocery stores, Lowes, pharmacies, and marinas. Our cove is the premier spot that can take you anywhere on the lake quickly because of its intersection location.

Family-friendly Lake home: This house is perfect for 2-3 families (15 people comfortably) who want to spend quality time together or celebrate a special occasion.

Safety: Our cove provides an ideal safe spot for kids and adults. You can enjoy magnificent views in a no-wake zone the size of 10 football fields, which prioritizes safety.

Coffee anyone!!!??? We have loaded the house with a commercial coffee Keurig with unlimited K Cups, pancakes, and waffle mix for all guests.

The house is easily accessible, with no stairs to the water. A gentle slope on a wide path makes it easy to get up and down to and from the water.

Baby and toddler accessible: We have provided a high chair, two pack-and-plays, and a door to block off access to the stairs. The deck is also baby-proof, with water toys for them.

Two laundry stations and two refrigerators are available for your convenience. This house has five bedrooms, including a loft room featuring three bunk beds, a twin-size bed, and a primary suite bathroom. This loft/bedroom can comfortably accommodate eight kids.

Outdoor activity: We have created a flat area by the water for recreational games like corn hole, picnic tables, etc. Paddleboards and kayaks are also included.

Plenty of parking: There is space for up to 8 vehicles and a spot for your trailer. There is also a universal charging station for Electric cars. There is an additional usage charge.

Dock: The dock can be used for your boat. Six buoys help secure it in a safe place. The dock is covered for one boat, but room is available for three boats.

Internet and Streaming: The internet is good, and streaming is available. However, too many people will slow down your service, and it may be slower during high usage times (NFL games, 5 pm-7 pm).

We are excited to welcome our guests and help families and friends create lasting memories.

Security/Ring Cameras: Security cameras are installed outside the property facing the driveway and down the walk path to the dock.

Great Stay

Went to the nest for a half week and had a great stay. House is nicely equipped, and when it was a little warm overnight, the owner adjusted the thermostats remotely and it was great all weekend. The dock was a lot of fun and the no wake zone made it even better!

Best house on Norris Lake!

My stay at this house was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I booked, the communication was seamless and prompt. My parents, my adult siblings, our spouses and children enjoyed our stay at the Nest. It is a beautiful house and location. There were plenty of things to do in the house and on the water. I highly recommend checking out the Nest.

The house was perfect for our group. Very comfortable and clean! The location is great for swimming in a nice clean deep cove. Keith was excellent with communication and responsiveness. The kayaks were a great addition! We would love to return sometime

Great stay with New Addition at the Nest!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Nest! We were the first to stay at the home with the new addition and it was great! Owner was extremely quick to respond to our inquiries and throughout the trip. Great location and gradual path to dock. We enjoyed the back patio and fire pit in the evenings. Kids had a great time staying in the newly added bunks in the basement!

Peaceful family vacation

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house is beautiful, very clean and has all of the amenities that you would need. Located directly on the lake with many marinas near by. No steps to the dock! We brought a wagon to load everything up and down the walkway to the dock. The house was safe for little kids. We had 4 kids under 4 and appreciated the door inside to block the steps. They also loved the water table, toys, and picnic table to play with. We are looking forward to the additions coming for future stays!

Great Lake access and deck

My wife and I wanted to find a place on Norris with Great Lake access, quiet, and reasonably priced relative to the other properties on Norris for a small group . This place was perfect. The deck was quiet and surrounded with trees. The private dock with a covered boat slip was the best. The owners did a great job making sure renters’ boats were not damaged by the dock. Boat Fenders are secured to the dock at high touch points. We used Airhead elastic dock lines at the four corners of the boat, and it was perfect. The dock is located deep into a no-wake zone. We had a great time marina hopping with a quiet comfortable place to stay.

Great location, beautiful home

Love this property. We have been going to Norris several times a year for more than a decade. This is probably my favorite VRBO. Hosts were amazing and the lakefront is a no wake zone and beautiful!

Would definitely stay again!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, well taken care of, had all the things you would need at your “home away from home”, and the owners were very responsive and checked on us from time to time to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed swimming and fishing from the dock. I highly recommend and will keep in mind for future stays.

Perfect VRBO!!

I cant say enough about what a wonderful stay we had!! The home was perfectly cleaned and very well stocked. The dock was perfect for our boat. It was kept nice and secure during the storms. Not to mention all the fun we had on the dock also;) I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Outstanding Location and Home!!

Loved this property! So clean and just beautiful. Location is outstanding on the no wake cove. Our boat was not bouncing around like other locations and the dock was perfect to float off of. Very easy to get to several marinas as well. Property owner is very helpful and responsive. Definitely a property to keep coming back to!

Great place to stay

House was beautifully decorated. Walk to the dock was just as described, gentle concrete slope. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room in the refrigerator. The cleaning service did an exceptional job with everything looking pristine and like new. Anxious to see the new addition coming in the fall. Adding a slide to the dock will be great for families with children. Enjoyed our stay and ready to book again for 2024!!!!

Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay and the house had all the amenities we needed. Loved the location and the easy walk to the dock (no stairs!). We will definitely stay here again! The property manager was very responsive as well for the couple questions we had upon arrival.

Perfect..Peacefull..Great Fun

Keith and Abbey, have a perfect place for young or old. There place was white glove clean. Great interior design!! Everything you need to cook in the kitchen for a large crowd or just 4 people. Whether inside hanging out or on there beautiful deck listening to the nature sing to you or renting a boat and cruising on Lake Norris. There is so much to do at this location. If you don’t leave smiling and wanting to come back then you need to stay and unwind some more. Of course we needed to call Keith and Abbey they are the sweetest people/owners to work with . They took the time to explain to us how to get streaming working. If your looking for a place that’s quiet or lots to do you need to stay here on this location. The bonus is working with great owners. This is a 5-star location Diane and Tom

Overall, everything was good. The location on the lake was great (the biggest pro). We really enjoyed the no wake zone. There really isn’t a close ramp nearby. We ended using the Whitman Hollow on the way out just because it was on our way home. I never stayed at a place that doesn’t provide towels, washcloths, or dish clothes. Also. it would have been nice to use the chairs at the dock (it was under a cable lock). Our bedroom light didn’t work either. Overall, the house is beautiful and we enjoyed some R&R.

Perfect Paradise for Fun-filled Gatherings

This home, "Big Creek," was full of amenities and bright spaces! Driving into the property was a bit scary at the top of the hill, but once over the hump, the vista offered a lovely picture of trees and water. The house was immaculate and well appointed. We loved the extra large island, which was quickly filled with favorite lake snacks, and the kitchen had all of the tools needed for our cooking adventures. The fridge was roomy and the icemaker was wonderful! One of the favorite places to hang out was on the expansive upper deck. The extended overhang made it possible to sit outside during the afternoon rainstorms, and the fan kept the air moving so that it was very pleasant at all times of the day. At night, we gathered at the extra large farm table to play cards or work puzzles, and we finished our evenings watching one of the two large televisions. My group trouped down to the lake every day on the sloping concrete pathway, and we all loved the swim dock. My pontoon fit perfectly in the slip, which was lined with plenty of brightly colored fenders to protect the boat and slip. The long "NO WAKE" zone kept the waters calm and the floating sublime! This house has it all - room, comfortable beds, light, airy spaces, and two perfect places to be outdoors! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and checked in with us upon our departure. We will definitely be coming back to Big Creek in the year to come!

This is a GEM

We were so impressed with this house! It was perfect for our family. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything that we needed and the rest of the house had many little touches that made us very comfortable. Dock is huge with extra lounging space and deck chairs. Porch on the upper level off of the family room was great - we played cards out there as it rained with a great view of the lake and because of the roof line it stays completely dry. We will be back next year!!
