Located in a quiet gated community just off the main channel, you will enjoy calm waters ideal for swimming while still being just minutes by boat to popular marinas and lake attractions. Sugar Hollow Marina, Shanghai Marina, Deerfield Resort/Tiki Bar, and Springs Dock are all just a short 5 to 10 minute boat ride away. You are also conveniently located near the Cedar Creek Road jumping bridge, Chapman Hill Winery (approximately 9 minutes), and Deerfield Golf Resort.

The space

This custom-built 2 story lakefront home features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is thoughtfully designed for large groups to gather, relax, and enjoy lake life together.

Outdoor living includes two spacious decks with beautiful lake and mountain views. The upper deck is partially covered and offers dining space for 12 or more guests, Adirondack seating, and a Blackstone flat top. The lower deck is fully covered and features string lighting and comfortable lounge seating.

A private fire pit area near the water includes a Solo Stove with Adirondack chairs, creating a great space to relax in the evenings. Corn hole boards available as well. A paved path with steps leads directly down to the lake.

The private dock includes a covered slip, boat parking, two jet ski ramps, and a great swimming area. The boat lift is designed for V-hull boats only. Pontoons and tri-toons can be tied to the outside of the dock but cannot be placed on the lift. The home is located just off the main channel with year-round water access.

Main level

The main level features an open-concept living area with vaulted craftsman ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen includes a 12 cup coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker as well as. The living room includes comfortable leather reclining couches. A laundry room with a high-capacity washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Bedroom 1 is the master and includes a king bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity, walk-in closet, and direct deck access with lake views.

Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and direct access to the deck.

Bedroom 3 includes two twin bunk beds and a twin bed that can be pulled out into a queen.

Lower level

The lower level features a kitchenette with granite countertops, a built-in ice maker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a 12-cup coffee maker.

This level also includes a game room with a large television, seating area, NBA Jam arcade game, Mortal Kombat arcade game, ping pong table, booth seating and a custom whiskey barrel table.

Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed, lake views, a small table and chairs, and direct access to the deck.

Bedroom 5 includes a queen bed, deck access, and storage with extra games.

Bedroom 6 is a large bunk room with three twin over full bunk beds and plenty of space to move around.

Location and convenience

The home is located in a gated community with a private boat launch. Trailer parking is available, and the large private driveway provides additional parking for multiple vehicles.

The location offers easy access by boat to several popular marinas and restaurants, while still providing a quiet cove setting that is perfect for swimming and relaxing.

Saturday to Saturday bookings are required during peak season from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please contact the host for any exceptions or special requests.
