This is a lovely condo in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Stayed here for 5 nights and had no issues. Check-in was super easy and everything we needed for our stay from cookware to towels to laundry facilities were exactly what we needed. Exactly as pictured. Would love to stay again in the future.
The location was good. Just a short drive or Uber from the French Quarter. Host was very punctual on responses to any questions we had. Overall it was a nice few days in NOLA.
The location was easy to find. We enjoyed our stay. No the home wasnât perfect, had some wear and tear but it was good for the price itâs listed at. The jacuzzi tub was great. Short distance to places to eat and local shopping. I would book again if I travel there in the future.
This place is so great!! Very clean condo,
great space and the owner communicated all the details I needed. Itâs in a safe neighborhood and there was available parking. Not a single hitch. I would absolutely stay here again!!
Was close enough to the French Quarter but far enough for peace and quiet. Place was super clean, owner was very responsive. Only one complaintâŠmaster bedroom needs a new mattress - it dips and isnât super comfortable. Other than that would definitely recommend if you are looking for peace after a long day of touring New Orleans!!
The townhouse was ok for the price and location. The king size bed is extremely uncomfortable. It is lumpy and has the worst dip and it sags. Bedding was nice and comfortable though. The shower in the master bathroom takes a very long time to get warm. It never gets hot. Oh and there is a squirrel that lives inside the wall And ceiling of the living room lol. Outside patio area was not very clean
We really enjoyed our stay at this residence. We traveled from Houston for my wife's birthday weekend with the kids and this location was perfect. We attended the New Edition concert and the Smoothie King Arena was only about 15 mins away. We also took the Algiers Point ferry across the Mississippi River to Canal St and that was about 15 minutes away as well. Great location to Bourbon St and any tourist area in New Orleans. The home was very cozy, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely stay again!
Booked online had trouble contacting them. Took along time for them to get back with me. Neighborhood was awful. No where to park. Didnât receive code for check in till 2 hours after check in time. We had to rent another place to stay. Then after all this time no type of refund or sorry. But I did learn my lesson. Thanks for that.
UnSafe Neighbor hood and False information about the location and condition of the home
It was horrible the bathroom had bugs in the bath tub dirty oven and underneath the kitchen cabinets it was dirty. I also fell on the rug in the living room. It was buckled up and I split my lip and my face was swollen from the fall. Called the ambulance for my fall and they informed us that we as Seniors should leave đđœ because the neighbor hood was not Safe and also we called the police and he stated the same thing when he came out. I recommend that you should not stay there đđœI got hurt đ very bad and the owner did not even check on me at all đđœ VERY UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. The home is not at exact location as well, it was further out then told.
The condo was perfect for our 2 day stay. We enjoyed going to the French quarter having fun then back to the condo to relax. We felt safe and it was very comfortable.
The neighborhood was very quiet. The area was nice and close to Walmart, gas stations, & other stores for a quick store run. The house was up to par. Itâs easy to communicate with the owner via phone & through the chat. We enjoyed our stay.
Place is exactly like the pictures. This condo accommodated our group very well. We the location was a perfect distance to the French Quarters without all the traffic. We would definitely stay here again. Just was very available and answered questions or concerns we had.
Overall I liked this place. The neighborhood is quiet and the condo is comfortable.
I found a few things missing/broken. I mentioned the upstairs TV to the owner and he got someone over there relatively quickly.
I did not mention the rest of these things to Edris, the owner so they did not have an opportunity to fix any of it.
Missing:
Cutting board
Toaster
Water Kettle
Needs:
More towel bars in upstairs bathroom
More cutlery - there is only 3 or 4 of each
Better pillows
King mattress needs to be replaced
Broken:
Never found the trash can can with # 36 on it
2 large burners on stove don't work
If you have a car and want to drive into the French Quarter this is a great location. It is not near really anything, which actually I preferred.
The upper floors slope noticeably and creaks loudly
The mattress in the master causes you to roll to the center
We were told there was patio furniture and there wasn't.
There was a bed in the living room that was not in the photos or mentioned to us.
Both couches had plastic ware and trash under all the cushions.
The smaller couch is broken down from use...mushy to sit.
Only three chairs for the dining table.
Safe location and that is the one good point.
I am so sorry for the late review. We travelled to New Orleans from Tampa, FL and this was the first time my husband and I used something other than our vacation club for accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised. The house was clean and cozy. And the owners were very attentive. We would stay there again. (I just won't let my husband cook (lol)).
Accommodations were good, need more kitchen dishes and dish cloths. Also didnât know what to do with the garbage. Drive slow on Tullis street because of sewer drains.
This home is special because it is the first home that we bought. It will always be a special place to us. We hope you will enjoy your stay and enjoy Nola!
