2 minute walk to beach! 3br, 2 Bath.... Dog Friendly!

Large non heated pool installed in 2023 with pavers, sunshade, and sunning deck in the pool.

Each bedroom and the Living room has individual smart televisions with WIFI.

3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. Also has an outside shower!

Kitchen has granite counter tops, new appliances, equipped with standard pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Dishwasher, washer and dryer onsite. Under the house is an outside shower! A widow walk (rooftop deck) provides beautiful views of the Gulf and the surrounding areas!

There is 1 Memory Foam king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and one brand new queen sleeper in living room. Main media center has a 60" LED flat screen with and the Master bedroom has a 47" flat Screen. Each bedroom has its own TV with Free Netflix, Disney and Hulu with Live TV!

With 10-foot ceilings, fresh paint, ceiling fans in all rooms, and new furnishings, it is light and airy with a comfortable modern mix of local art for a fresh look and feel.

We are on the walking/biking path that goes through the whole island so bring your bicycles or walking shoes and enjoy. If you don't bring a bike there are bike rentals and golf carts available a short walk away.

We welcome house trained and well-behaved pets, with a pet fee. The pet fee is used to provide an extra level of cleaning (dog hair etc.) that is necessary after your pets vacate!

Security Cameras onsite are located outside the home. This is for security when no guests are there, but remain in operation full time. No cameras are located in the home.

We loved everything about this house. Kevin was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location of the house was great. The pool was amazing. The only thing that could have made it better would be if there was a fenced in area for the dogs to potty. However, that isn’t going to affect us going back. Definitely hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Arrived and it was spotless! All the linens were fresh and clean. I had absolutely no problem getting in touch with the owner anytime I wanted to communicate! The distance to the beach was amazing. Very short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool!!! I can’t say enough about how much we liked the sun shelf in the pool! Also, the lounge chairs are amazing too. Plan on buying the same for our home. The kitchen had so many things we didn’t consider to bring for the trip. Plenty of things on hand. If you forget something they will have it there!! The beds are very comfortable! The couches were as well! And as always, I love having a washer and dryer whenever I am at the beach! Helps cut down on how much you have to pack! We are hoping to stay here every time we come to St. George! Found our favorite place after years of visiting here!

Our stay was great! We had some difficulty logging on to the WiFi but the host messaged us directly to get us all squared away and even offered some good suggestions for places to visit while we were there. The house was clean and you can’t beat the location.

Not sure why this is a 4, even let the guest check in 2 hours early as the cleaning people were finishing up. Checked in on them several times to make sure all was going well and that they're sure no problems. Unfortunately, i can't do anything once a review is written.

We love the island and this house was great. The layout worked perfect for our group with a large living space. So close to the beach and the pool is a huge compared to some others we have had.

Great Location very close to beach access

Kevin was our contact. Very responsive to issues which was only one when a storm came thru and blew trash and sand in the pool. Would rent this property again.

Perfect place and great host

This house worked perfectly for our family of 5 plus a grandparent. Some perks for us were the close proximity to beach, clean house and yard, and the beautiful pool. We loved that our little pup could stay with us. Kevin was always prompt in replies from before our booking in answering questions and throughout our stay.

Great Beach House

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Letha's Dream. It was well appointed and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay at the beach. We especially liked the close proximity to the public beach access and enjoyed the beach views and sunset from the widow's walk.

First time staying on SGI so we didn’t really know what to expect. But this house was perfect for our trip! The house was so close to beach, a nice short walk to the beach. The back deck with table and chairs was amazing! I brought a fan because I thought it might be hot on the back deck but there was ALWAYS a nice breeze. The pool was so peaceful and relaxing! The beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed everything about this property!

Wonderful place to stay!

First time on the island and we loved it. Such a small community feel. The rental had everything you would need for a successful trip, and the owner was fantastic. Super easy walk to the beach, and the kids loved having the pool. I thought the pool was even bigger than it looks in the photos. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, loved the house/pool. Easy walk to the beach. Owner - Kevin - was very quick on responses through the VRBO app - lots of recommendations for food, things to do and see, etc. Definitely would stay again! Thanks Kevin for a great time!

Great place

It took me awhile to find the right place for a week vacation at SGI but this worked great for us! The beach is super close, the pool is nice and the layout of the house was great for little ones and extended family. You can see the ocean from the back porch or you can go up another floor for a great view! It was easy to cook there and there were a lot of pots/pans etc. we very much enjoyed our stay!
