Walk to shops, restaurants, hop on the Trolley to the beach, Perkins Cove, The Ogunquit Playhouse or to the Marginal Way! Enjoy your coffee on the enclosed porch watching the sunrise or reading a book, having a meal outside at the picnic table, board games at the dining room table or a movie in the living room. This house was made for you!

Location, location, location

This great house is close to everything! The beach is a short walk. Near all the restaurants. The house is comfortable and well appointed! Book this spot, you won't be disappointed.

Location, location, location

Fantastic location to explore Ogunquit. The house was clean and comfortable, and had some kids activities which was a bonus! The kitchen supplies (knives, pots/pans, etc) are a bit older and run down, but everything else was perfect. We would definitely book this property again in a heartbeat!

Host is very accommodating

The house is adorable, and it’s literally walking distance to everything and there is parking for three cars. The bedrooms are all upstairs in the bathroom is upstairs just in case someone is wondering. The host is very nice and responsive!

Beautiful Property in the Heart of Ogunquit

Peter maintains a beautifully renovated small cape close to everything in Ogunquit. Everything about his VRBO listing is accurate. While his booking was pricey during our summer stay, he succeeds in providing a premium experience, from the updated interior with a great space for entertaining, to extra parking, a BBQ and picnic area, a lovely enclosed porch and excellent communications. Note that the house is close to Route 1 so adjacent traffic on summer weekends is omnipresent, but it is not audible inside the house. Please also note that the one bathroom is on the second floor. Would rent again without hesitation. Thank you Peter!

Our group of 6 women had a fabulous trip together and the house was great for us - and was exactly as advertised. Location was great, communication was excellent and we really enjoyed the time we spent in the house! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Location, location, location

This was the perfect location for our girls weekend in Ogunquit. Five adults stayed for the weekend. We could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. House was comfortable and clean.

Wonderful Stay for Our Family

Our family of four (my husband, our two young children, and myself) stayed here for 4 days and we couldn’t have been happier with our booking! The home is in an excellent location - walking distance to downtown Ogunquit, easily walkable to the beach, a cute playground a 1/2 block away - and fully equipped with all necessities except for linens and towels (which we were aware of ahead of time). Peter, the owner, was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. We’re already planning to stay here again next summer!

Great location

Everything was great. Great amenities. Great house. Close to shops. Something minor to be aware of is that we didn’t realize that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. Grateful Peter included a comment about that in reminder email week before our stay.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, updated, and well-equipped in terms of the kitchen, wifi, smart TV, games and books, and beach items (we used the beach wagon and chairs.) The location can't be beat; once we arrived and parked in the driveway we didn't use the car again until we checked out. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive. My family and I look forward to going back!

Great location and house!

Excellent few days in Ogunquit at Peter’s property. The house was clean and in the best location. Short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Great outdoor area to grill and hangout and a beautiful updated kitchen. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed with our friends and the house was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean and cozy. A great location to walk to beach and the restaurants and stores. It was quiet. The outdoor shower was a favorite. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute House for Convenience

This property is located on a main road into the village. There is constant traffic, and really no outdoor space. If you want a location within walking distance to the beach and town, this is it! The traffic in the summer is fierce all around Ogunquit, so be prepared. it takes a while to navigate the way in or out. Early mornings you can walk freely to grab a coffee and a croissant. The Marginal Way and the beautiful vistas make this spot ideal for the many activities you can enjoy here.

Great House, Great Location!!!

For a family trip to Ogunquit the location of the house cannot be beat!!! Walking distance to everything. Very close to fire/police, medical help, and great playground. The owner is fantastic to work with and extremely communicative. The house is fully stocked with supplies. The house has a fantastic porch to watch traffic go by with coffee and cocktails. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable (including air conditioners) and fit our family of 5 and two small dogs perfectly! We plan to rent this house again and definitely recommend this rental!!!!

Great Location!

This cute cottage is in a great location and offers all the basics including an open floor plan, plenty of basic supplies and screened in porch (although Rt1 can be noisy with windows open). The house is very charming but the deco, air conditioning and furniture could use updating. Peter is very responsive and cooperative. We had a great time and plan to return!

Awesome home, host, and location!

This house is within walking distance to all Ogunquit has to offer! At the end of the street there is the main strip with access to all the shops and restaurants -- less than a five minute walk. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a cute public playground and basketball court on the street than our daughter really enjoyed. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There were beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach cart in the basement that we didn't use, but they would probably be helpful for a larger family. Peter was an excellent host! He messaged me a couple of weeks before our stay to check in and see if we had any questions. Then he followed up the day before our arrival to check in again and provide us with the house code. The day of our arrival he messaged me to let me know that the house was ready before the checkin time and that we could checkin early. You can't go wrong with this home -- it's clean/well appointed, the location is perfect, and the host was great to work with! We will be staying again.
